Blew out my knees This was a total nightmare. My husband and I are fit and active and we wanted to concentrate on our mid section to gain more muscle ... we used it for about 1 week and realized it totally blew out our knees. March 28, 2013

Great piece of equipment This product is great. Simply put, it really works. I've only used it for 2 weeks now and can see visible results. It is comfortable, easy to use and is kind of fun. The only bad thing I can say about it is that it was a little hard to assemble. April 12, 2012
Ab glider rock Bought it for the wife, easy to assemble. She tried it , felt it burn , love it , loose the belly fat , now she can't stop using it. If your lady got too much fat on her waist and belly you got to get her one. As for me my pack rock hard April 4, 2012
It Really Works! I'm usually not the kind person to use products seen on tv, especailly fittness products. But, I use this at the gym I go to and I'm pretty immpressed. I've only been using it for about a month, and I'm already seeing awesome results! Mind you, I've always been tone and defined, but, this takes it past crunches and really tagets ALL of your core muscles. It great because you have no stress on your neck, and makes you use your core to do the work. When it comes to working your abs, this machine gets it done. November 28, 2011
