Rated 5 out of 5áby Great bike Awesome bike to just ride around neighborhood or a lil trail adventure. Very lite bike not heavy what's so ever. Totally worth every dollar October 23, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Review after 6 Months This bike has been very good to me. I use it to do about 60 miles average per week in NYC. It climbs bridges with ease and flys downhill. For speed I keep the tires over inflated to help keep tire contact with surface minimal. I have purchased a small pen sized pump attachment to deflate and inflate tires before I do any trails. After months of use the bike is solid no squeaks. There are a few problems which are not serious. The chain has hit the frame from bumps and has taken paint off. The chain also has a tight spot which locks every once in a while and makes the bike skip gears. The seat is not very comfortable with only a thin foam for cushion. The gears dont always change every time and require 2 speed changes but I think i might have to do some adjusting. Still very satisfied for the price. October 18, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Updated review I had reviewed this product back in late July and figured I would update my opinion of this bike. I am thrilled to say that I am more than pleased with this bike. I have been riding it daily...usually 15 miles every morning on the road and on the trails. Perfect beginner bike for a novice such as myself. Handles very well on up and downgrades and no problems with handling small jumps and large roots and rocks that cross my path. The bike handles/rides just as great now as it did the first day I brought it home. Extremely smooth shifting gears. Tough sturdy bike!!!! This was an online purchase with an in store pick up. The staff at Dick's were great with explaining all the features to me. I have been back quite a few times to pick up accessories for my rides. Great sale price at the time of my purchase ($349.00). It was worth every penny!!!! October 18, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Pedal fell off after about 10 rides I've had the bike a couple of months and everything was going great until the pedal fell off about 3 miles from home. It appears the pedal was installed cross threaded by the manufacturer. I had only used the bike on a paved trail, so it certainly wasn't being abused. Will be contacting Dick's about replacing the crank arm, but I'm not holding my breath. September 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great Bike This is a really great bike. Good value and craftsmanship. My online ordering experience was not really what I expected from the service I have previously known at Dick's. I talked w an agent and requested the bike to be shipped to the store so I could pick it up already assembled The agent said this bike could not be shipped to the store so I had it delivered to my home in order to get the time sensitive discount on the item and get $25 shipping on the bike PLUS $25 off my order of $125 or more. I spoke w two agents at the Washington square Dicks - manager Amanda and Agent Mason - who solved my dilemma by assembling my bike while I waited and offering me a $25 gift card for the discount on my purchase I never received. This fact and their skill in professionally handling the situation affirm that I will continue to me a loyal and regular Dicks client . Your response is welcomed and please commend Amanda and Mason for their thoughtful and genuine concern in rectifying this issue. Tom K September 5, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5áby Great bike poor set up at the store Waited for 3o minutes while they set the bike up. Don't know what they did. Tires were almost flayed and no dust caps on the air stems. One tire wasn't secured it came when I was unloading it September 1, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5áby great but no kickstand possibility is annoying I love this bike. I had a Trek and GT previously, and this one is better for sure. The only thing I don't like about it so far is that it cannot take a kickstand. The place in front of the back wheel is not large enough to put one, and the rear disk brake means a kickstand cannot be placed upon the two metal bars next to it without the bolts interfering with the brake pad. So, I have to always lean it against the wall or lay it down. My garage is not big enough to lay it down, and when I lean it against the wall, it is prone to fall over and hit my car. So, that is kind of annoying. August 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Everything I wanted for my first bike. No need to spend more. I am addicted now to the sport. Been riding everyday in the woods on rough trails. Great quality, well designed. It takes the bumps, roots, and rocks very well. I love how it shifts. No complaints at all. August 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Poor quality Had the bike for a week then the back wheel bent beyond repair August 19, 2016
