Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these irons I've noticed a big difference since switching to these clubs. Love the feel and performance. Would highly recommend these. September 9, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Calloway clubs yet Upgraded from the Calloway xhot irons. Instantly gained just over 10 yards a club. Highly recommend. Easy to hit and on miss hits or flaws in my swing they aren't as exaggerated as with my Calloway hot irons were May 1, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product has performed as per advertised. I used to hit a 6 iron 150 yards. Since I purchased the Callaway XR irons, I am hitting a 6 iron 167 yards. I am hitting the rest with the same results. April 27, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good clubs In the pro shop, I brought in my existing 7 iron to compare hitting with these Callaway XR's. I also hit other 7 irons from different brands. The readings came back that with this Callaway XR I was getting an additional 15-20 yards per hit on average. Out on the driving range, the ball was exploding off the club face and felt really good. Since it's early in the year, my swing isn't where I'd like it to be, but I think with more practice these clubs will pay off. I have definitely noticed when I would have hit a bad shot, and the club helped save me. March 29, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by nice clubs Haven't noticed much increase in distance but only have played one round with them. March 15, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by worst irons for the money I have callaway x14 hot irons great irons for $399.00.I got the new callaway xr irons with reg steel shaft for $799.00 and I lost 10 to 15 yards on every club worst irons ever. November 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by xr irons the Callaway xr irons r awsome Im getting 15 to 25 yards more switching from grafite to steel shafts The sales man at Dicks was very helpful and knew what he was saying, September 24, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great irons; bad grips I've played with this set for about 5 or 6 rounds and have definitely have picked up at least a half club or more of distance. Clubs are very forgiving as well. My only issue is with the grips. They felt good in the store and I was planning on using the stock grips until they wore out. After playing a couple of days in a row this weekend, I am going to regrip the irons. They became very slippery in the hot, humid conditions -- I even had to put on my rain gloves to maintain a good grip. The grips also were a little rough for my taste. I am going back to the Golf Pride CP2 Pros that I had on my previous irons. I just hate that I spent a lot of money on the new set and now I have to spend another $100 to have them regripped. Rated 5 out of 5 by The irons are easy to hit I hit these irons easy and they are longer than my old callaway irons.i have to get used to the new distances. Great irons May 5, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Tested Best After sampling some of the latest 2015 irons, I found these irons to have the best feel for my swing. They are long, but that may be more to do with their loft strength. I like that they are forgiving but still have a decent amount of workability. I think these Callaway irons are the best I've tried since the X-20s and that goes back a long time. They're not perfect, but they're ideal for me, a 12-15 handicap. April 29, 2015
