Rated 5 out of 5 by Mommasboy Great boat Bought this for my wife and daughter to trout fish on the Elk River Tennessee. After one trip left the kayaks at home. Stable, easily paddled. Will buy another. $299 on sale August 23, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by tommy stable - good value - but problematic nice entry level canoe for the price but on our first outing the front seat collapsed and that gave it a very poor rating - still waiting for a solution - very poor design - also discovered that there is very little leg room in the bow - this needs to be fixed! Rated 5 out of 5 by Jman AWESOME CANOE!!!! I bought this canoe basically to go fishing in. I wanted a nice flat bottom wide canoe. I was attracted to this because of the price. I got it on sale for 299.99. My pros. Flat bottom, wide, VERY STABLE, very nice quality plastic, comfortable seat backreasts that work great. A motor mount to get around fast, 2 nice handles a segg wheel, 3 seats and a lot of space for tackle rods and much more. My cons it's extremely heavy and hard to get on top of a car but if you have a pick-up truck it should be no problem. So in the end this canoe is a great canoe to go fishing or canoeing. Rated 5 out of 5 by sampacer Great for my use. I am a novice and have been known to capsize a canoe. This canoe was easy to handle and very stable. I am very happy with it. Don't know about white water but for river and ponds it is great. August 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by StanM Great Canoe for the Price! This is a great entry level canoe. It is very stable in the water, which has been great as my kids like to jump out and then climb back in. They can do this without me ending up back in the water. I give it four stars instead of five as it is quite heavy and can be a pain to get to the water if you can't drive close. Also the seat backs that come with the canoe are hard to use and aren't worth much. We ended up just taking them off completely. Despite this it is a great canoe for the price. July 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Jack Great canoe, great price, just know that yes, it's heavy This thing is very heavy, but if you know that going in, you'll love it. Any two healthy adults can carry it with relative ease over short distances, and a robust person can maneuver it alone. Hard to move over sand solo, but it can be done. Easily supports three adults and good for two adults and two kids, too. July 22, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Vic57 very stable I've Kayaked a few times and canoed as well. This is the most stable canoe I've ever used. More stable than a kayak I once used. I wanted a two seater, but the cheapest Kaya was almost twice the price. Much more stable than aluminum canoes, but I just bought it and I know aluminum ones can last a long time. Plastic maybe not we'll see. Enjoyed a quiet peaceful afternoon with my son on a lake. Next will be a river trip. If it continues to perform well I'll invest in a trolling motor. I plan to get my own kayak for faster, smoother, fishing fun once the boating bug catches onto the rest of the family. I know it will be more expensive than this simple canoe, but I feel it was a good buy and I recommend it. Biggest complaint is the size and weight(96lbs) makes it hard to load and carry. Skeg wheel is only good for paved surfaces and grass. July 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Retch88 Great Canoe First canoe for me and my wife. Took it out this weekend and had a great time. My wife is not usually comfortable on the water but this canoe was very stable and she enjoyed herself. It is a little heavy but we were able to handle it with no problem. July 10, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Rosie Somewhat of a disappointment. Took out the canoe for the first time and the front seat was caving in. Person sitting in it didn't feel it but I sitting in the back was watching it as it slowly sunk down and we couldn't understand why it was collapsing. The rest of the canoe seemed to handle ok. Wouldn't recommend this canoe for that reason alone. Ordered online but picked it up at the local store. July 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Harrya Great boat for the price It is a very stable boat. I had 3 people and a dog in it with no problem at all. The scag wheel does not work well in gravel. I changed that and the motor mount because of a previous arm injury. The biggest problem I see is the weight, other than that it is a great boat for the price. I watched this boat for a long time before I seen it go on sale for $ 299 July 3, 2016
