Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 43 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has the remarkably ease use. I e been golfing for 20 years and I've always played with people that have one of these rangefinders, I've always wondered how much these cost and how easy they are to use. I'm so happy I purchased this Nikon 20 rangefinder, it's so accurate and easy to use, I love it. August 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Rangefinder is easy to handle. The Rangefinder was easy to operate and was accurate. August 8, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nikon COOLSHOT 20 I was attracted by the Nikon name. They do great camera lenses and glasses, so I figured that the optics would be covered. They might have been, but this is a laser rangefinder. I sat or stood side by side with my partner and his rangefinder locked on quickly and never gave 200+ yard readings for a 165 yard hole. And... The Nikon is difficult to hold steady because it's so small. Maybe that works if you have smaller hands, but not in mine. I took it back to Dick's as soon as I returned from vacation and got the same rangefinder as my partner had. It was on sale, but still cost me $50 more. It was well worth it. No more issues, holding it steady, locking on or inaccurate distances. Sorry Nikon, I really wanted to love this rangefinder and maybe things would be different if I had gone for the more expensive model. But ultimately, I ended up with the Bushnell V3 and I'm happy. Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't work well I put the cross hair at the base of the flag on the green. The Cool shot yardage is always 15 to 30 yards off from what club I use. I'm hitting my ball over the green. My golf partners would use their phone gps, or their range finder, and the yardage from their devices differ apx 1 to 2 yards, and the Cool shot is 15 to 30 yards different from their collective devices. Rated 4 out of 5 by Quick and easy to use Great product for casual golfer. Some flags are hard to see if a lot of trees in background b June 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great little rangefinder So far, I really like this rangefinder. It is very small and light, and easily fits in your pocket without feeling bulky. It is very easy to use, and takes only a second or two to give you a reading. I am very pleased with it so far (only used it few times). June 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works great! Locks on to distances quickly and accurately. Like the small size. Great value. Just wish it came with a case. June 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid. Works as advertised. The value is great if you don't want fancy. Point. Shoot. Measure. June 9, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cool little tool It is definitely helpful to know your distances on the course, regardless of your skill level. I just bought this product and have only had the chance to use it a few times so far, but it has been great. My buddy has a Bushnell, and when compared side by side they gave exactly the same reading. I have two minor issues with it, though. First is the size. It is a little small, which makes it tough to keep steady. I know this is a common issue with all rangefinders, but I think that with something a little bigger it would be easier to manage. The other issue is the distance limit. Although I'll never hit it further than the range limit on this device, I would still like to know how far away that bunker down the fairway is - just for my own peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this product, but I will most likely be returning it to buy the COOLSHOT 40 instead - a little bigger, and much longer range. June 8, 2016
