Customer Reviews:

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Short but Great for Beginners The video only has five sessions which are relatively short, but as a beginner I was still sweating through two of them. It is good to know that even professional sports players struggle a little with these moves too. June 30, 2015
