Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't last. Got these shoes 2 months ago already falling apart. The sole is separating from the bottom of the shoe and the top where my foot bends is coming undone. Also understand that these shows are meant to be flat but they are uncomfortable and offer no knee support. For $120 youd expect for shoes to last you a long time. I have not gone anywhere crazy but go to the gym almost everyday and at times wear them at work. Going to try out the Nike Metcons which seem to be made of better material and based on reference are much more comfortable. October 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crossfit shoe. Solid sole for lifting but flexible enough to run and jump and do anything else that's in your WOD. I normally wear a 7.5 in Nike shoes but had to come up to a size 8 in this shoe. July 19, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bought them for my wife I bought these for my wife. She's loves cross fit and wanted these shoes. She loves them. The only bad thing about them is you can't run in them. So she has to bring her running shoes with her as well. But there not designed for running, so it's not really a negative thing, just more of a heads up. But so far she has had them for 2 weeks and loves them. May 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Security clip? The product was advertised.p, very nice looking cross fit shoe. I ordered online to save a trip to the store but when the shoes arrived they have the security clip still on them. So I still need to go to the store to have it removed. May 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe for cross training My wife loves them. She has weak ankles from pregnancies, and these shoes give her great support May 18, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a fan of these shoes Color is okay, sizing runs big, for wide feet. Yes they are comfortable though. February 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stability! Shoes have great stability! Are mostly comfortable but run a tad small. Now that I've broken them in a bit, I hardly notice my big toe soreness on right side anymore. Look is unique from other styles of shoes--which I like. January 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these I thought I wasn't going to like these as much as my Nano 4's, but I LOVE these! I'm able to box jump and run so much better with these. The toe cage is a little stiff at first, but probably into half an hour of wearing them I didn't notice it anymore. January 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very uncomfortable! These sneakers are the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever purchased. The material does not give, the tongue of the sneaker is sewed in and is not adjustable, and the material rubs all over the arch of the foot. I have owned cross fit sneakers, 2, 3, and 4 and these are nothing like the previous versions. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone as they are extremely uncomfortable. I had blisters and and marks all over my foot for wearing them one day. They are going back! One of the positive things to note is that they look very nice and have a great shape, but beyond the look there isn't much else. November 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exactly what I was looking for Making the transition from running to cross training, I was looking to transition from a barefoot shoe that works for lifting and running. The Nano 5.0 has worked out great. Fit is true to size, gives me better form for lifts and squats but is also neutral enough to keep the minimus shoe running feel. November 14, 2015
