Rated 3 out of 5 by It's decent Its a good beginner bow. bad arrows though. broke after my first use October 11, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Just a toy I get that this is a "youth bow," but this thing is pretty much just a toy. There's no nocking point, so the arrow slides every which way up and down the string, and the string is so loose you can just pull it off the end. The arrow rest wore out in an afternoon, and the dumb thing doesn't appear to be replacable. It is not accurate, at all; half the arrows fell short of a 15-foot target. A young person can absolutely handle a "real" bow with an appropriate draw weight. This is not a real bow. This is an impulse-purchased toy. If your kid expresses interest in archery, do her a favor and invest in a decent starter bow. They're honestly not that much more expensive than this plastic thing. June 6, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by worthless and useless This bow shoots 10 feet . If that's what you want then it's good otherwise it's junk. May 10, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by good for a first bow we thought we were up grading but this has weaker draw than recurve we were replacing . It has a lot of nice features for a beginner . cost was a little high April 6, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by A little disappointed I got two for my 8 and 10 year olds. The bow itself is nice but the string tension is very low. I am skeptical that it is 15-20 lbs. also the string is a bit thick and the arrows don't release well. When the string fits the arrow and with a full draw, you can easily hit a target at 15 yards. Rated 5 out of 5 by great for beginners Easy to use. Definitely worth the price and good for all ages. September 1, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth it I was not impressed the string on.the bow was so flimsy the 12 dollar ones I bought were better not worth the money July 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for a kid My son has asked for a bow & arrow for years, but didn't have the strength to pull the bow. Now that he's almost 9, we tried again at Dick's. I know very little about archery and Andrew at Dick's showed me the basics. They have a tiny space for trying out bows. I didn't want to buy a bow without knowing if my son could actually shoot it. With a little practice, my son was able to hit a large target. I even used this bow and it seemed like a great beginner bow even for me. July 1, 2015
