Rated 4 out of 5 by great rack, fits 'no bars' car roof. excellent quality product. fits sedan cars with plain roof. good grip of stands on the roof. the only concern is that it may leave marks from grip on the roof. finally i went with sportsrack item that had better design for stands of the bars. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for long distance kayak travel I bought this to take my 62lb Kayak from NC to Michigan to visit family. Easy to set up on my Escape's roof w/o rails. Used 2 racket ties and 2 bungee ties on front and back of kayak. No issues traveling over 1000 miles each way. Some noise once I got up to 70mph but that was it August 6, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good roof rack This is really a good roof rack, especially for the price considering a Thule or Yak will cost you well over twice as much. And it was very easy to install. I only have one problem with it. The anchoring straps. The straps run through the car door, but instead of just hooking into the door frame they run all the way through along the ceiling. If your vehicle has a Concave ceiling they hang low and can touch your head. I'm 5'8 and it's close. I found running them through the handles above the inside doors can help this a bit, but would still prefer a better way like a hook on the door frame. May 13, 2016
