Rated 4 out of 5áby Boomerang8 good bang for your buck. Great knife, I will make my own sheath for it down the road but all and all, it will get most camp jobs done just fine, good for hunting, fishing and camping and feels very good in your hand, love the grip i get holding this knife.. and it stays sharp.. Rated 4 out of 5áby Kossak383 Sheath need some improvement Hard to beat for the price. Good size, full tang, good steel, excellent grip. The knife is not retained at all in the sheath. I will be making a sheath for it - the one that comes with it is not useful to me. I saw this knife online for about 10 dollars less, however with shipping the difference is not much. March 18, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5áby Matt89 Good knife, bad sheath I chose this knife in the store today primarily because of the price. The knife seems to be sturdy and decently sharp. I did not check the sheath, which was in the packaging in the back of the store. When I opened the product at home, I was disappointed to find that the sheath is very loose. I have tested the sheath on my belt loop throughout the day and it hasn't fallen out, although at times I will check and notice it is starting to come out. It is very insecure in the sheath. I don't really want to risk taking this knife on any trips, and risk losing my knife in a survival situation. If I could I would probably return the knife but I will have to purchase a new sheath, which defeats the purpose of getting a moderately priced knife. January 14, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5áby Wildman05 Hardly worth 30$ I was never a fan of schrade in the first place and this knife just added another reason to dislike them. The knife itself isn't to bad, the only real downside to it is its sharpness or really the lack of. When buying a knife I expect it to come pretty sharp. The other reason I don't care for it is the holster. It's lose as can be in it with nothing to stop it from falling out. Last, I personally am left handed so I typically like a full tang knife like this on the left side of my waist in the back. It just doesn't work out to great cause you don't have an option as to how the knife goes in the holster. January 8, 2016
