Rated 4 out of 5 by Aaron45 Solid inversion table at a bargain price I'm 6'2 and about 260. I needed an inversion table to help stretch my low back due to a herniated disc at l4/l5 causing me a great deal of sciatic pain. This thing holds my weight just fine and I feel confident when inverted. I'm not interested in doing crazy exercises from a fully inverted position. If I were, I'd look elsewhere for a table with better foot holds. The system that holds your foot/ankles seems just fine for basic traction. I had a much more expensive unit years ago that came with bindings sort of like ski shoes. I never used them. I can honestly say that five nights on this table for 10-15 minutes at a time has helped my leg, hip and back pain more than all of the physical therapy I've paid for combined. Even the numbness in the outer part of my right foot is mostly gone. I had no idea how tight the muscles were, particularly in my hips. It is nearly impossible to change the height setting once it's set. Having read a previous review indicating this I sprayed WD40 on the metal parts hoping the leg extender, which sets the height, would slide more easily. It doesn't. I used a shoe to pound it into the right height setting and there it will stay. This is only a probably is you plan to share the table with someone else. In which case, I would pass on this one. For $100 more you can get a Teeter would would probably be a better device all around. But, if you're on a budget like me and only plan to use it for yourself and not change the height, it's well worth the money. March 15, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bigboi24 Fairly unstable This was a simple assembly, but is not as stable and sturdy as other inversion tables. I do not come close to the weight limit, but do not feel as secure on this table as I have on others. It is not the worst, I did return the product to get a more sturdy table online. Rated 5 out of 5 by JimKub Great So Far So far so good with this table. I have no mechanical ability but I was able to assemble the table correctly relatively easily with no left over parts. I really do not understand why a table that pretty much just flips you upside down to stretch out one's torso could cost more than twice the price of the Body Vision product. This works great and the price really can't be beat. February 13, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cypress Extremely Disappointed Yes, this inversion is easy to assemble as other reviewers have noted, except the Height Selector Bar. The bar is an extremely tight fit. I had a difficult time and spent quite a few minutes trying to insert it. I thought a replacement part may have been needed. (The bar is also very difficult to adjust for another user's height because of the tight fit). If you're under 5 ft. 3in., you will have to use the handle bars to manually push yourself for 20%, 40% and 60% inversion (with the safety bar), otherwise, the bed goes back too quickly. The instructions recommend to adjust the height bar to correct that, but it only adjusts to 5ft 3 in. (I'm 5ft. 2in.) I don't feel comfortable inverting to 90% (safety bar needs to be removed for this position) because it's difficult enough to move my body forward when inverting at 60%. At 90%, I'm afraid I won't be able to move my body forward. I'm sorry I didn't invest an additional $100 in another brand. February 7, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mitchee Excellent value and comfort I had been contemplating getting an inversion table for several months due to degenerative disc disease and back pain for the past year. Discussed with my physical therapist if these really work and he said absolutely. He told me he purchased his personal one from Dicks so I decided to go forward with getting one. Unit is sturdy, comfortable, and was at a great price. February 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Louise Very happy with this Inversion Table I have a bad back, arthritis in my spine. I had a much more expensive table, I sold it because I was having problems with my feet and ankles, from where your feet get locked in. After not using the inversion table the pain in my back got unbearable. I had to have injections in my spine. So I decided to purchase another inversion table. The Body Vision IT9400 Inversion Table is a great buy for the money. My back is doing great, and no pain in my feet or ankles. Louise, from Long Island, N.Y. January 16, 2016
