The best chafing protection ever!
I've used this product for years and it is the best ever at preventing chafing and blisters. I frequently run training runs and races over 30 miles

BodyGlide A+++++
BodyGlide works great for biking or other activities which may cause chaffing. This product is none greasy like other products used such as Butt-Butter or Bag-Balm. When comparing price it's competitive with other products at about $9.00. It's just an all around great product for outdoor sporting activities.

This stuff works
I use this on all my long distance runs now (including marathons). Less messy than Vaseline. Prevents blisters and chafing.

Wonderful!
My husband bought this in hopes that it could possibly help with his blisters. He put it on his feet and it worked like magic and no more rubbing or pulling and no more blisters from doing so much activity in his boots. He said it also helped between the thighs for running. Basically it does exactly what it says and makes doing things with any friction a lot more comfortable!

Great product to prevent blisters!
I want to begin with saying simply, I love shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods! I have been on a healthy lifestyle and weight reducing program since the first of the year. I had been neglecting any exercise/fitness routine in my life for past several years because of bad knees, and now that they are fixed, I wanted to get back down to my original weight and just overall feeling better. Therefore, due to the large increase in exercise (walking 10-15 miles on treadmill) daily along with other exercises ie biking, physical therapy (for knees) and strength training; I quickly began having trouble with my feet. Blisters mainly on as many as 4 toes, and callous also. This was difficult and since I frequent Dick's regularly I asked my two favorite "Shoe salesmen who work there, Chris and Boone" what I could do to help this problem. They recommended the "Bodyglide" and it worked amazingly well. I did have to slow down and let areas heal somewhat, but it has been a constant in my daily routine in getting ready for workout. It is very good, I have not had one new blister since using it!! In fact, this purchase was the second time I 've purchased it. Love it!!

Bodyglide
product seems to work but I haven't push it to the limit yet. The true test will be this weekend when I do the Tough Mudder in Ga. 2013. 10-12 miles and 25 obstacles with allot of mud and water.

Expensive, but worth it's weight in gold
When you run long distances, this stuff is essential. The pain of chaffed thighs etc from skin rubbing against skin or against clothing is no fun, especially when you can't get back out and run again for a few days until it heals. This stuff prevents that, I use it whenever I'm running further than 10k.
