Rated 5 out of 5 by Buy it now if If you use a spinning reel buy this now super strong super thin diameter. Better than Berkeley nanofill and cheaper! September 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Use it right, or waste your money Ive been running 24 lb gliss for finesse fishing and 40lb for jigs, some cranks, and topwater and couldnt be happier with it. It casts a mile and I rarely have a backlash with it. I see some people saying it breaks easily, but they probably arent paying attention to the warnings on the carton. This isnt mono or fleuro, its not made to work with certain knots. You have to use a palomar knot on the lure and a double uni to tie to mono(which I would recommend for backing). Gliss will fray if your throw it against rocks or trees, so just dont do that. Weeds, grass, open water, all great places for gliss. Overall this line is a great tool to use in the right situation. Just use it the way its meant to be used and youll love it as much as I do. June 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by a great addition to my fishing I have been using Gliss for some time now. I use 40# test for swimbaits, frogs and buzzbaits. It cast better and further than braid ever did. I have not gone away from braid, Gliss is a better addition than braid for most applications. I treat Gliss like all my lines, check it often, retie when needed, and like with braid, I recolor with a marker when it fades. I have yet to lose a fish or break off a lure that was related to the line. Gliss has performed flawlessly. I only use Gliss on my baitcaster. Smooth, tough and reliable. May 27, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Favorite new line I have Green Gliss 40lb test on my baitcasters for flipping open and heavy cover and I use it for fishing in depths of 1foot down to 20feet, this Gliss line has extreme sensitivity and strength and increases my casting distance. When I'm using this line for flipping I always use a double palomar knot with a vmc heavy duty hook and I'm yet to loose a fish from my line breaking, however this line does tend to fray especially in heavy cover, but I have still not broke a fish off because of it. When the line frays it's typically close to the hook so I will just cut a foot or so off the end and retie, I usually retie often anyways especially in heavy cover.. I would definitely recommend this line!! May 23, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gliss is bliss Okay I love Gliss! I'm a spinning reel fisherman only and prior to Gliss I was using berkleys Nanofil line which I love as well. The thing I like the most is the small diameter and the castability of these new lines. Not to mention its strength. Gliss is slightly thinner so its now my preferred line January 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gliss I have been using this line for about 5 months now and while it has it's positive attributes it also has a few negatives. I have used the 12lb, 18lb, 24 on my freshwater rigs and the 40lb on my saltwater rigs, and have found this line performs great on spinning reels and not so great on bait casters. I am comparing this gliss line to my favorite, power pro and while I feel like I gave up some sensitivity I did gain some distance,so for those ponds and lakes that I walk to fish that have a gap of 40-60 yards in between banks I am able to work those banks on the other side without having to walk around to the other side. Breaking strength has been impressive, I have fished some thick stuff and the gliss line has held up better than I expected. When this stuff starts to fray though you need to cut off a decent section of it because it frays like a cotton ball and just spreads, My go to rigs have been my Abu Garcia Orra s spin reels and my Revo STX and Revo Toro and as I said previously the reels all perform flawlessly with the power pro, but the spinning reels are the ones that really benefit from this line which is why I left the Gliss on my spin rigs and put the power pro back on the bait casters. Hope this helped, l December 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome line This line is absolutely awesome! I can't say enough about the small diameter without any stretch. When I first got the 40lb line I thought it was 12 pound braid! Super strong to be able to rip fish out of heavy cover and hardly noticeable in the water. November 19, 2015
