Rated 1 out of 5áby Jcg Don't buy I read several mixed reviews on here about this item and decided to purchase. The assembly was simple, a little under an hour for one person. However, when I finished the assembly the motor would not run. I called customer service and they decided, after a brief troubleshooting session that it was a bad Start Button. However, it was late and my treadmill will have to be registered in the morning and then they could ship the button. I was told I was going to receive a call when the registration was completed and the item was shipped the following day. Two weeks later and no call and no button has arrived. I had to disassemble the treadmill and take it back to Dick's. A manufacturer that does not even do a simple button check on its products shows mediocre quality controls and there customer service is not any better. October 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Brian Great treadmill for runners After looking at several treadmills, we settled on the Sole F63 and haven't been disappointed. Assembly was straight forward and took about an hour. The deck is very heavy so it's definitely a 2 person job to carry it inside. The treadmill is very solid and comfortable to run on. (There are no squeaks or rattles like you'll have on some models.) The cushioning is moderate and the 3HP motor is strong enough to handle long runs. The programs are fairly basic and the built in fan does a decent job of providing some cooling without overpowering you. The builtin speakers are OK, it would be nice if they were a bit louder but it's still a nice feature. My only real complaint is that the console doesn't have a ledge or shelf to hold a tablet while running. You can lean your tablet against the display, but it covers the LCD and is fairly low so you end up running looking down. On longer runs this gets annoying as your neck is straining to look down. Rated 5 out of 5áby OutOfBreath So Far so Good Bought this treadmill on Sept 10. Took about 3 hours to assemble. The base is heavy so you will need to be ready for that when moving it inside. We unpackaged it in the garage and moved it in unassembled. We've used the treadmill every day and feel very satisfied with the performance. September 23, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5áby CentralTexasSenior needs better programs and screen info for walkers I have owned the unit about 2 months now and have used it about a dozen times for an hour each time. I am the primary user. I use it for walking at speeds between 2.3 and 3.2 mph for distances of 1.5 to 3.5 miles or periods of 20 to 60 minutes. Mechanically, the unit is very nice, the motor, belt, and incline work well and are quiet. The fan is worthless. Has a book rest but if you use it you will not be able to see the display. Round glasses and cups in the square cup holders seems strange but they're ok for small to medium glasses. The buttons are large but are unnecessarily hard to press. Some settings require a press for each change instead of being able to hold down and perform a scroll-like setting change. It is a big unit 34Wx81Lx57H and extremely heavy and hard to move even though it has wheels. The wheels are positioned too close to the center of the unit to allow easy movement. There is a large gap (3.4 in) between the floor and the bottom of the unit, it is a magnet for pet toys and possibly small pets if you have them and could be dangerous or disasterous. I totally agree with others, the motor cover intrudes into the belt area due to the width of the motor cover and angle and position of the arms. The arms are 1-3 inches too tall, wish they were adjustable. I frequently step on the back part of the motor cover. Two of the biggest drawbacks for me are (1) the programs are extremely limited and almost duplicated (2) much of what is shown on the display is irrelevant at the time and not informative. I should have done more research before buying. The size of the display is sufficient but again, the information it shows is poor or irrelevant. A large portion of the screen is occupied by the timer (upper left) and a very inaccurate running track animation (lower right). When using a program you cannot see the upcoming speed and incline simultaneously, one is always hidden, you have to constantly toggle the display to see one or the other. Even though our old LifeFitness display was *much* smaller and simpler, it was SO much better in terms of relevant information. The LF also displayed a distance to 2 digits to the right of the decimal (Sole only gives 1), calories you will burn per hour at your current settings (Sole does not have this at all), and provided twice as many usable programs for walkers. All of the programs I have tried never seem to have the right settings, it's as if the programs are designed for runners only. The speed is always too fast or the incline way too steep for my knees, hips, and back. I am constantly having to adjust the speed, and since I can't see the incline and speed at the same time, I am also having to constantly tweak the display and incline settings. As a result I have totally given up on using any of the programs, all I use now is the manual program setting, DSG recommended that we have the product delivered and set up by a 3rd party - worked out great, no issues at all. One last thing, the audio cable that came with the unit did not work. Called Sole and within 2 days a new one arrived. The new one works fine but it I'm sorry to say that it is short (17.5 in), it was about 3 in too short to use with my mini tablet, I had to buy another cable. Summary: I wish the unit had better programs, or at least the ability to update programs with a flash drive or SD card but Sole said this is not possible. I would not have purchased the F63 had I paid more attention to the information presented on the display and the programs (speed, incline, time, etc). September 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Patrick8 Solid Treadmill for the Price Had been looking for a reasonably priced treadmill but one that had durability and quality. This is a great mix of value and performance. Strong motor, great warranties and lots of extras like Bluetooth (its own app), speakers and a fan. Probably the only negatives I can find are that there's no quick way to add time if you're on a countdown and the display screen is very basic. And I suppose I should mention the box is extremely heavy. But it wasn't too hard to assemble either. But there are certainly a few challenges such as screw placement and alignment that made it a little tougher than it should have been. Overall a great guy and would recommend over anything out there under this price. September 11, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5áby PatD Am I too short Loved the look and features. As I began I was uncomfortable with the handles. Could not hold on to sides since they're rectangular. Then as I tried to walk my toes were constantly hitting the plastic cover covering the belt. I am 5'3". My husband had the same issues and the handles were too low for him. He's 6'. September 7, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5áby serene2603 So far so good I bought this treadmill at the end of August which means I have only had it for a couple of weeks now. So far it has been a good experience. My husband put it together by himself (I wasn't being mean I just had to go to a wedding and he choose to put it together while I was gone). It was difficult to get in the house as it is VERY heavy but we managed. I have run/walked about 3.5 miles about 5 days a week the couple of weeks I have had it and I have not noticed any issues. It does transition a little slower from a slower speed to a higher for example from a 5 to a 7 which I think is a safety feature and is not a problem for me it was just a new experience. My previous treadmills were hand-downs from family members which were older so this was definitely an upgrade. Hopefully it lasts a long time. The features are great although I could really do with a little less features (like the programmed workouts and speakers/phone interaction) to reduce the cost of the treadmill as I like to do my own thing but that is just me. I didn't give it 5 stars due to the short amount of time I have owned the product. September 7, 2016
