Rated 5 out of 5áby Jamie Sole F80 I purchased the Sole F80 in October 2010. I love it! I did have the roller replaced while under warranty due to a high-pitched squeal. I have used it just about everyday since fall of 2011. I now need the motor replaced. I feel 6 years with lots of use and minimal problems is exceptional. If I were to purchase a new treadmill, I would stay with Sole. October 18, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Ricky Great treadmill. First off let me say that Sole really mis advertises the price. They put an enormous retail price on it and then sells them for $1500. This is really a 1500 item. It never sold for retail. It is $1500 practically everywhere even on their own site. So you should compare this with 1500 dollar units. That being said it is a great treadmill for the money. I can't speak for reliability as I just got it. There are lots of problems listed online. The True brand treadmills are better built but cost much more. Just be aware you are really buying a $1500 unit. NOT a more expensive one on a great sale. This unit does NOT compare to a $3000 treadmill. October 17, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5áby swampcat Beware of Poor Customer Service from Sole I purchased this treadmill at Dick's and it ran really well. Unfortunately, it was running way too fast. My wife and I are long-time runners and both noticed this and verified using an accelerometer. I contacted Sole about this and they were less than helpful, stating that they have had this complaint a lot and that the treadmill is probably correct (no way there is an actual problem since many people have reported this, right?). Check the online forums and you'll also see this problem frequently reported with previous models that was corrected by adjusting the wheel size setting (the 2016 model does not allow this). The Sole representative actually asked me to send a pic of my accelerometer and the display to prove that the treadmill was running fast, and refused to send anyone for a service call. Beware that if you buy this treadmill and something goes wrong, you're on your own! Thank you Dick's for understanding and returning the treadmill, great customer service! October 12, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Meri Absolute Garbage! Ours just died (again) after only 1600 miles. This is the fourth time we've had major problems with it - first was solved with a tech visit within the first couple of months, second was a faulty motherboard (they sent a replacement under warranty, third was a cracked deck that they replaced under warranty (our labor), and now we have yet another low speed error warning. Sole just told me that we were out of luck as it was no longer under warranty. Do some searching online, and you'll see that this poor quality and poor service are typical experiences. And, yes, we have done regular service, are both well under the weight limit, and use it only 2-3 times/week max. October 11, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5áby mizzy2002 So far, pretty good! I've only had this treadmill about 11 days so I'm just giving first impressions here. I'm about 5'5, 127lb, and "run" at about 9.5 minute miles, though I have bumped it up to faster speeds (8.5min miles) and have used the incline a little bit. The width is nice, I'm really glad I went with this version instead of the smaller one. The display is fine, although, not fancy. I wish it displayed distance in .01 increments like treadmills at the gym, but otherwise, it's fine. I like the heart rate monitor. I have found the surface to feel harder than what I was used to at the gym, which isn't my favorite. It's fine, but takes some adjustment. However, the treadmill is very stable and not bouncy, so I do like that. The speaker quality is poor to mediocre at best but I'm really glad for the speakers anyway. It's so nice to not have to listen to headphones! Now, I know I could play music on any other device with speakers, so it's not essential, but, if you're gonna have them... make them decent. There is plenty of space for your stuff (water bottle, channel changer). Speed transitions are fine in my opinion. It transitions perhaps a little more slowly than the treadmills I'm used to at the gym but not to the extent that it's a bother. Honestly, despite the negatives, overall I am so so so happy to have my treadmill. September 13, 2016
