Rated 5 out of 5 by Underrated golf ball Lots of talk on the Internet about how these balls are not durable or shred easily. While I don't think these balls spin rate is quite on par with "premium" tour balls, neither is the price. Thw durability, however, should not be in question. I played 27 holes with one ball and it is still usable, albeit with a couple light scuffs. Overall the distance didn't seem any different and my scores stayed the same too. I typically use diablo tour or maxfli U6 for practice rounds, b330 and prov1/v1x for events. I may switch to these after I deplete my stock of other balls. 24 y/o 4.1 hcp. October 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth it Have been using these since a golf magazine study showed they react the same as balls costing twice as much. I'm not a good enough golfer to discern the difference between the Gamer and the HX tour. (handicap is around 19), so these have been my choice for several years. October 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hope my competition doesn't findout about these. First ball I've been able to spin consistantly. The ball stops within a foot of where it lands. Didn't lose any distance either. September 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great ball, great bargain I have tried most of the balls costing less than $35/doz, and a few that I have in the bushes that cost more, and have not had one that out drove or out performed around the green than the. Gamer Tour. Can not be beat for value + performance. September 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hear excellent things regarding this ball, if available in yellow, would only buy these. Have heard and seen great results from this ball. At 65 yo, I have a astigmatism that requires me to use something other than white balls (can't see them in flight). I use the yellow Gamer, good ball but would buy only the Gamer Tour if they were available in yellow. Hope that happens soon. September 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by unexpected Top Flite came out with a winner in tour balls. Great feel, soft around the greens.. September 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good ball for the cost Great around the green and good distance would recommend it to a friend August 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Top Flite Gamer is a surprise I usually prefer a softer feel in my golf ball, I got a sample in the mail of the new Gamer ball. I really was surprised that this ball plays so well. I got good distance, comparable with the other balls I play and it feels soft off the irons around the greens. A very playable ball at a great price/ August 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid ball. Great value. I've played every generation of the Gamer Tour including the newest version. The ball performs well around the green and will check up well if hit well from the fairway. I get about the same distance from this ball as any other brand. I mainly play urethane covered balls and feel that this ball performs comparably to Project A or other mid range urethane balls. The only negative I have with this ball is that is scuffs easily from wedge shots. Greenside bunker shots almost always result in a scuff. However, the price point makes it a moot issue for me. These balls are definitely good quality, especially for the price. July 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good value I have been playing Bridgestone E6 for over a year. I saw no difference in performance with the Gamer Tour. The spin was a little bit better around the greens. On one hole I hit two drives, one with the E6 and the other with the Gamer Tour. I struck each shot very well and the Gamer Tour was 10 yards longer. For the money, I'm switching to the Gamer Tour.
