Can't use on cement for long period

This is the ideal jump rope if you have an indoor area to jump at but if you're like me and jump rope out side on concreate than i suggest you find something else more sturdy or do what i didnt do and put a sheet of wood or plastic under your feet while jumping so the rope won't decinigrate. other than that it's a great rope. and in the end i guess im just the one to blam.
