I bought Field & Stream IM6 rod for my son and IM7 rod for myself and both rods showed great performances. IM6 rod is durable and IM7 has very sensitive tip action. One of the great features these rods have is the weight balance. I used Daiwa spinning reels and felt so light weight.
There are so many PB rods out there and I would say Field & Stream rods have much better functions than PB rods in Bass Pro.

I PUT A RAINER 35 ON THIS ROD AND IT IS THE BEST COMBO OUT THERE,YOU CAN FEEL A FISH SWIMMING BY, (NEARLY) IT WILL GET YOUR FISH OUT OF TREE TOPS, STRONG YET SENSITIVE, YOU WANT A COMBO AND NEVER HAVE TO CHANGE AGAIN, GET A RAINER 35 PUT IT ON THIS ROD AND FISH!!!!!!!!!! PERFECTION
