I bought this machine to get back into shape after having a baby. This machine works great so far. I researched a lot about excercise machines, all through my pregnancy and finally decided to buy the E25. E55 was a better choice, but a lil bit outta my budget. The best part is I got free Delivery and Assembly, which was well worth it. Mind it, its pretty heavy, so dont hesitate to ask the store to throw in some freebies. Good Luck !

My husband loves this as a great way to help keep his diabetes under control. Great way to exercise. I love the fat burning program.
If you want overall fitness, make a commitment to yourself and buy this machine. Sturdy. A great value. Having the E25 in my home is a wise decision.
Use it about 5 times a week. I'm 52 and had back surgery. Its a very low impact workout. In about 7 months I've lost 50 lbs. Still runs like new. Better then units I tried costing hundreds more.Great job from Sole [...]
The machine works Ok as far as the workout is concerned. Not very smooth however, and it makes a weird knocking noise when I use it. It's not too big of a deal so I'll live with it but it gets a bit bothersome. I just turn the TV up.

The Sole E25 is the perfect elliptical trainer for anyone, like me ,that enjoys an at home workout, very smooth operation and quiet, takes up very little space.
this eliptical machine was so easy to assemble, and I'm a girl. I had to have my husband help me lift it out of the box. but it took me about 30 minutes to put it together. it is quiet, sturdy, and it kicked my butt afer only 15 minutes. i can't wait to use it again today. i am so glad i got this for my cardio workout.

We have had this elliptical for a little more than a week and absolutely love it. It was relatively easy to assemble (allow yourself about 1 hour) and is of obvious quality construction. Originally we had been shopping around for an elliptical machine with a smaller price tag, but we could not ignore all the excellent reviews from various web sites about Sole and their new ellipticals (especially the part about Sole's warranty). When we saw the Sole E25 and E55 in person and tried them out for the first time we knew that these were quality elliptical machines. Unfortunately, since we are beginners to the whole exercise thing, we could not bring ourselves to buy the E55 mainly due to it being a little more than we wanted the spend. Another deciding factor for us was the fact that the foot print of the E55 is about a foot longer than the E25. So other than the E25 not having the adjustable pedals and the 5 year parts warranty like the E55, we are extremely pleased with this purchase. We are looking forward to regularly using this elliptical trainer for many years to come.
Very easy to assemble. Solid Flywheel, components, connections. The only drawback is the Fan...It barely circulates any air. In fact, I rarely use it because it doesn't help cool you down any. Additionally, the 'shelf' below the computer screen could be a little larger to accomodate a small book. Overall, however, it's an EXCELLENT VALUE!
The E25 may well be the best elliptical under $1000. Assembly wasn't too difficult - the instructions, and the owners manual overall, are good. The E25 provides a smooth motion, just a hair less so than the $1500 E55 due to the lighter flywheel. It has the exact same electronics as the E55, so you don't miss any program features by going with the E25. The base of the E25 is a bit shorter, so it's easier to fit in limited space though. Hopefully this elliptical will last us for years to come!

These ellipticals are simply fantastic. The value is through the roof as the motion is just like those in the clubs, they are perfect for home use. The quality is excellent, you just have to make sure you assemble it properly. Easy to do but I had to do it twice to get the feel and motion the machine was designed to offer.
What a breeze. Simple to assemble, had it up and running within 35 minutes. The workout was awesome! Best work out equipment I have owned.
My husband and I have been using this for a week now, and we really like it. Very easy to use and is a sturdy machine. It's definitely gym quality. It offers a nice, smooth workout. If I had to recommend anything for improvement it would be the fact that it doesn't have a shelf to set a MP3 player on.

After 2 uses, the machine began making thumping sounds. We've had technicians come out 2 times and they were unable to fix the issue (each time having to wait 3 weeks before we can get someone out here). When attempting to return to it, they are said they can't take it back without the box (which was cut apart when opening, as per instructions on the box). I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone.

I did a lot of research before buying my elliptical. I chose the Sole E25 because of its good reviews. I had a little trouble putting the machine together. Note: Be careful with the provided tools. I dropped a bolt and a wrench into the flywheel casing while trying to put the console mast together. After taking the casing apart and getting the tools out, the rest of the assembly was relatively easy. This machine does work as advertised. I think this machine is a good as any I have used in the gym. The E25 has a smaller footprint, which for me was nicer, because it takes up less room in my basement. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.
Did a lot of research and the Sole came highly recommended. Got it home and had a little struggle putting it together, but once we tackled that job we were good to go. Overall, this is a great machine! Very quiet and sturdy just like at the gym. Easy to use and love the features. We are very pleased with this product and would recommend it to others.

Machine started clicking the day I got it. Called the service number and was told to take the cover off and make a check. Nothing found. Called back, same thing. Called back, they are going to find a service company to come out and repair. Will call back in a couple of days. 14 days later still no return call. The machine is sitting awaiting their service. Their handling makes me question the quality of their warranty and service. I definitely could not recommend this product to anyone. Sole has too many problems.

This machine took my husband, son and me approximately 1 hour to put together. It is very smooth and quiet as well as sturdy. I love it!
