This is the second pair I have bought, the first set I got on base in 2018. I can with out question, recommend this pair of boots. Hundreds of miles of rucking, lots of exposure to salt water, Been through hell and back together. The only thing I ever had happen was a little bit of the stitching has popped open. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I 've been buying these boots to wear for my landscaping business for as long as I can remember.( over 15 years?) They are comfortable after a day of brake in. I apply one coat of weather seal when I buy them. I wear them over 12 hours a day and they last about 6 to 8 months. I like that they are n't steel toes, and that the tread on the sole does n't disturb the soil very much, but has good traction. I like to buy two at a time so I can alternate wearing them. I have bought them for my helpers too.

Completely tested their durability. The only thing that has n't lasted was the laces, which broke a year ago. Will be buying another pair after these wear out, which may not be for awhile. For starters, the boots look amazing. Black matches everything and 6 inch is an amazing size. The insoles are firm until you step.( I don ’ t know how) basically, I ran to a friends house in these. And I noticed every step, I the boot rebounded me giving me a little boost. But when standing still, the boots have amazing support. I got them 1 day ago and used them is the snow and ice, then wore them to work today. The only reason I gave them a 4 out of five for durability is because I haven ’ t owned them long enough to know if they will hold. But based off of the feel and finish. It seems pretty solid. I noticed creasing from running in them which means like all boots, they are gon na crack eventually. As for the functionality of them. I was on my knees stocking some low shelves and notivced the boot doesn ’ t bend as much as it could. But you can substitute that by getting a soft toe version if you don ’ t need hard toed.

I bought my second pair of these approximately a month ago. My last pair I used to backpack the Himalayas twice, Colorado, North Carolina and North Georgia. I also used them as my go to hunting boot as well. They 're heavy duty and it taken care of will last for years and years. I brought the leather back to life on mine using mink oil several times. They look good with a pair of jeans as well and make a great statement when worn in. I hated to let my other pair go and buy another pair but they served me well for over a decade. It ’s hard enough for me to find shoes that fit( Size 17), but these not only had my size in stock, but they fit well on me right out of the box. Not too heavy, and the waterproofing has worked well so far in my three months of ownership. I would recommend sizing up if you have wider feet, but outside of that small issue the boots are a winner in my book.

I 've bought these Keen Targhee boots for several years. My latest pair arrived in mid April in the middle of a northern Wisconsin spring storm with rain, snow, sleet, and hail, all at the same time. None the less it was time to walk the dogs, so I put on my new boots, and spent 3 hours out in the storm with my dogs. The boots stood the test, keeping my feet warm and dry. Im a delivery driver so when I was looking for boots my aim was to find a pair that were light weight, comfortable, water resis., and had good traction. These shoes checked off all the boxes. Work boots, any brand I ’ ve tried many different brands over the years, usually last 2 months a few lasted 3 months but they were destroyed.
