It took a couple of workouts but by the 2nd week, I ’ ve notice a difference in pump. My veins have popped out more. That is the basis of my 5 stars. Taste like crap lol. But I ’ ll sacrificed taste for results anyday.

[ I love to use creatine after my workouts to build muscle especially around my glutes and I feel this is a great product to use for that.
