Not Durable. Buy A Different Shoe

It’s a decent shoe but it is not durable at all. Don’t recommend buying

Good But Have A Flaw

I have been buying nike running shoes for the past 20 years. For most of my adult life I have been relying on Nike Pagasus Zoom shoes for everything from running, gym workouts and everyday activity. About 3 years ago I started mixing in Nike Free Run. Some of my favorite shoes are the Nike Free Run 2018. I purchased 2 pairs of Nike Free Run 5.0 and I like a lot about the shoes. I prefer the design that has changed from the tongue of the 2018. However, the rubber in the heel of the Free Run 5.0 is a problem for me. It curves up a bit and uncomfortably digs into my heel if I rest on my heel. For example, it is really uncomfortable and produces a mild pain when driving a car where your driving foot is often resting on the heel. I drive daily including to the gym and sometimes to runs. I really don't want to have to change my shoes from the Free Run 5.0 just for the drive. Nike, please go back to the heel design of the free run 2018 shoes. When it happens, please send me a coupon code because these Free Run 5.0 are killing me.

One Of The Lightest Shoes I've Ever Had On My Feet

Probably the lightest shoe I've ever had on other than Meryl slippers. LoL very light training shoe. Just be aware if you want more rigidity and support this isn't the issue for you. It is very light almost like a barefoot shoe.

Get A Pair Or Two

They remind me of the first ever pair I owned when I deployed to Iraq in 2002 very lightweight easy to pack and very comfortable as I remember, love them will be ordering another color.

Great Shoes

Nice looking and very comfortable really like them!

Love The Shoes!

I'm really enjoying them so far, they are very light. I like the color scheme on this pair as well. I have no show socks, but I think I want to get quarter length socks (wiil look better I think). What is your recommendation?

Best Shoes I Have Ever Bought

I love these shoes! This is my third pair. Only wish is finding Sequoia/Oil Green/Medium Olive/University Gold

Not A Good Update To The Free Run

Not a good update to the Free Run 2018 or the Free Run Flynit that are now sadly sold out. The heel is entirely too wide, and not even on both sides. It almost throws your gait off- you can slide your whole foot over by taking a step. Very tight on the ankle too, despite getting my normal size. They feel cheap. The old Free Run was a fan favorite- this is a really bad upgrade. People loved it for a reason. “If it ain’t broke- don’t fix it” applies here.

Lightweight Shoes

Fantastic lightweight shoe. Great for driving, casual every day wear and light gym workout. I get 2 pairs.

Better Looking In Person

Bought these a couple weeks ago. Fantastic shoe. Nice and lightweight. Comfortable. Looks even better in person than the pictures. Great summer shoe.

Please Keep This Show Around!

My favorite shoe on earth. Glad there was a restock. Just hoping they keep it alive with more colorways in the future. There’s no other Nike shoe even close to this. Low drop, light, and flexible.

Defective

My husband and I have loved Free Run for years. They are super light and well-fitted so easy to pack. They've been the best hotel gym shoes when we travel. After only 15 times of light workout, one of the eyelets fell off. They were only for travel, and were worn only in the indoor hotel gym. My husband has had more than 5 pairs of Free Run, but this is the first time they have broken so quickly and easily. I think they are defective. Can Nike help this?

Love Them

Absolutely love these shoes. Been a Nike free fan since the first ones came out. These don’t miss. Thinking about buying another set just for when I wear these out.

Great For Pt

Best running shoes. Personally I like a thin running shoe and this delivers that feeling, it’s just enough cushion to give you that spring without feeling like you’re not connected to the ground.

Comfy, But Won't Last Long!

Super comfortable, but the soles do not last long. I owned these for 6 months and only did moderate walking most days and the soles have been worn thin on the ball of my foot.
