Caution

I bought these a year ago (note I didn’t wear them much in the summer). For the most part, they are water-resistant and comfortable. However, a week ago, I noticed my sock getting wet. The back of the sole came apart. For the price you spend on these, I’d hope they’d last longer. Not happy.

Not Breathable At All

These were comfortable enough at first. But - and this is a big but - they are not breathable at all. I have Raynauds in my feet, so I always have very cold feet. I have never experienced my feet being warm or sweating in shoes, but these shoes somehow made my feet sweat very quickly even with just normal wear. The waterproofing may be the reason why. No amount of changing socks or adjusting temperatures made these more breathable for me. I wound up switching these shoes out during the day to more breathable shoes that did not make my feet sweat. Eventually I stopped reaching for these shoes at all. I do not recommend these shoes.

Uncomfortable

They look nice, but they’re really uncomfortable. I only wore them for one day and my feet were already hurting. I have other On Clouds that are super comfy, but these… I don’t get the point. Aren’t they supposed to feel comfortable and easy on the feet? I will try to return them but I already use them once, so not sure if I will be able to.

Second time I have purchased these shoes because they feel amazing on my feet! Highly recommend!

Shoe Style Vary In Sizes

This shoe varies with soles. The thick sole is comfortable but is a bit off on the size. The sole with the thinner sole is not so comfortable I normally wear a 9.5 but when I tried the shoe on it was extremely uncomfortable I tried a 11 it was a perfect fit . This probably was a defect

On Cloud 5 Regular And Waterproof Are The Best For Us Ladiies.

On Cloud 5 Waterproof is the best most comfortable Lightweight Versatile Cool sneaker I've ever worn. The traction is excellent! The new versions On have out are too over board in the looks department. I have been wearing On Cloud 5 since 1918 in both versions and love them! I have purchased through Dick's but prefer to buy directly from the On website as too many people have there feet in them. On, please don't discontinue them.

I tried them on in the store but when you actually take a long walk. They are horrible walking shoes.

Poorly Sized And Narrow

Poorly sized shoes. I'm a true women's 9.5. I ordered 9.5 and also 10 because some reviews said they were too small. They are too small and also narrow (I have narrow feet). I tried these on with thin socks and I couldn't fit into the 9.5 and the size 10 is snug to the point of discomfort. The shoes are beautiful and lightweight. I have ordered 10.5 from an alternate website and waiting to see if they'll fit.

Great Feature

I bought these because I’m on my feet in a classroom and to workout in. You can’t even feel them on your feet. They also have elastic shoe strings that you don’t have to tie they are amazing
