Great Product, But Horrible Packaging

I bought these helmets for my team. The first shipment was for 13 and came in two boxes. The second shipment was for 5 that came in one box. Time will tell, but they seem to be very good. However, that packaging form DHOS was horrible. These helmets were packed in a box that was almost twice the size needed, leaving room for them to tumble around during transit, with only a very minimal amount of kraft paper in the box that was nowhere near adequate enough to create a buffer between the helmets or the edge of the box. They were basically laying loose in a large box, and several were scratched, but I had no time to return them, as we needed them for games.

Perfect Fit!

My daughter needed a new helmet for softball this year, the size fits perfectly on her head and is secure when she runs, it even has a strap underneath that you can take off or keep on. If your not sure on size measure your kids head and compare to the sizing guide. Size is also important to the visibility aspect as well. It doesnt obstruct her view at all.

Great Helmet

I’ve been really happy with this Rip-It softball helmet so far. It fits comfortably without feeling too tight, and it doesn’t shift around when my daughter is running or at the plate. The padding feels solid and we like that it doesn’t get overly hot during games. It also has a nice, clean look and the face guard gives good visibility without feeling in the way. Most importantly, it feels sturdy and well made, which is exactly what you want for something like this. Overall, it’s a reliable helmet that does what it’s supposed to without any fuss. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for something comfortable and durable.
