They ’ re tall, almost up to my knee, and fit snug around my leg( though not “ tight ”) so as not to have huge gaps where snow can get in. The Vibram Ice sole works — good traction on slippery surfaces. However, life just happens, and here I am, in middle of Wisconsin experiencing negative Fahrenheit temperature. I did n't know that was possible, but it was, apparently. I got this pair right before winter storm came in Wisconsin, so I got to experience how great these are against cold/snow/wet ground. Pros:- Really, really warm. I went outside to go grab some food/groceries, and my feet were warm. It was funny experience because I could n't feel my thighs but I could feel my feet/toes.- Is very waterproof. I like walking in the snow. Did n't have much chance to see snow in regular basis, so I had lots of fun with it this winter. When I came back inside, only my feet stayed dry.- Basically does its job. It's waterproof winter boots. It is waterproof and for winter weather. Design/size:- I usually wear size 8 for tennis shoes. I have high and wide instep, so even though I did n't plan on wearing thick socks, I got 8. 5. They fit nicely. Not too tight where I need to put bandaids on my heel but not too big where I trip over my feet either. Very comfy as well. Walked miles wearing these and my feet were n't in pain. But I advise going with your normal foot size, though. Unless you have high/wide instep like me or wear THICK socks.- They are... cute. Very cute. Got lots of compliments from my friends and my mom. Keep in mind that my mom is very direct with her opinions. When she says they are cute, they are cute.

[ I am normally a size 6 but tried the 7 since that ’s what was available. I figured I am wearing heavier socks in the winter. The fit is good, even with thinner socks. There is room so it doesn ’ t feel too big or too small. All of that fur will definitely keep my feet warm in the winter. It hits about mid calf for me, which I like. [ Just got in the mail today. They are really comfortable. I sized up a half a size and they fit perfect with a bit of room for thinker socks. I haven ’ t wore them outside yet but i feel they will keep my feet warm with how warm my feet got while wearing them for the bit of time I had them on. My only concern is the heal part. As a few other reviews said the heel part rubs a tiny bit and I feel it might either make my heel raw or give me a blister. Other than that I love them and can ’ t wait for the snow to really try them out!

[ First off, these are so much more comfortable than I expected! They fit perfect with jeans or skinny jeans. I sprayed them with a water bottle as a test to the waterproof claim and the water beaded and rolled right off. The inserts are thick and have a ton of cushion to add to the overall comfortability. The soles are thick and look like they will last a long time. Walking across my kitchen floor the soles never slipped once. I can not wait for fall to get here so I can wear these.

if you ’ re looking for cute winter boots that will look good with anything get these! i had such a hard time finding winter boots that were functional that i actually liked the look of and these are it! i haven ’ t worn them in weather yet but the tread seems great and they seem warm but probably need good thick socks in serious cold. very comfy! i ’ m usually a 6- 6. 5 and got a 6. 5 but they are a little narrow, so maybe size up if you ’ re between sizes.
