Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching. Flat lock seams don ’ t rub or chafe. The length is enough to tuck in or leave out without it ridding up. Material is slick and breathable…I would prefer it to be a bit thicker. This shirt is fantastic. It ’s basically just a much needed upgrade version of the 1/2 zip elements. What I mean by that is the material is soft and comfortable and stretchy. The shirt also has a mesh ’s area running on the bottom of the arm that goes along the whole sleeve which is nice to help with cooling off. Also it seems to be lighter than the elements which helps it be a better choice to wear on warmer days. Hope these stick around and get more colors. The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. The pockets are a good size, but anything in them will swing as you run or walk fast. the draw string come in handy to tie the shorts off and hold them up.

These pants are awesome for winter outdoor and athletic activities. They are lined and windproof, so you can wear them when it is pretty cool to cold and your legs stay warm. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. The extra cargo pockets on the legs are great to put your phone in and they snap so your items are secure, but still easily accessible. The regular pockets all have zippers, so again, everything you put in them stays secure no matter what you are doing.

They did n't rise up like others have before. The feel smooth and soft on the skin plus do n't restrict movement. I like that the pants have pockets for something like your phone or key fob.
