I was fortunate enough to be able to grab this when it was half price and I 'm so glad I did! The color is exactly as shown. The inside has a beautifully soft fleece layer. I also like that it has a loop near the tag inside for easier hanging. I often wear a size large in most women's clothing, but this was described as being a little bit of a loser fit and I would definitely agree with that. And I feel like it fits well while even having a little roof to spare, which is great for when I want to wear layers. I also like that it's a little bit longer in the back, so if you 're wearing leggings and would like to cover up a little bit more, this offers a little more coverage. Coverage. There are two good size pockets in the direct front on either side of the jacket and it has a zipper closure. I would definitely recommend this to others and would recommend going a size down from your normal size.

Excellent for winter to cut the wind and retain heat. Had multiple deer come within 30 yds and jacket noise did not alert them. Used as a top layer with layering( and heated vest, socks, and gloves all on lowest setting) during a 12( F) degree morning, never got cold and didn ’ t feel the wind. It does not have pockets, which helps with retaining heat and one less thing to leak down the road, but I use a small pack to carry in. I do suggest breaking it in a bit. [ I 'm not one to wear clothing dedicated to fitness. I usually wear a basic T- Shirt and sweats and away I go. This running top is a game changer. First impressions are important to me, on the very first day of wearing this top I felt refreshed. 90 degree weather in New York is no joke, walking 4 to 5 miles in that temperature is simply the worst. But this top made it feel like a breeze, literally. Fit, is perfect. I like my shirts oversized. So I always go with medium. So I 'd say this Top is True to Size. Feel of it is cool to the touch. Normally I feel overwhelmed with the heat as I walk but the fabric breathes. Meaning that this shirt does not feel like a wet towel after a shower. It feels great! The design is abstract, my choice of words; because of the geometrical figures along the fabric. Color is a nice touch as well, as it does not attract heat. Neck is wide, which is nice. I do n't feel restricted at all. Hugs the shoulders in a form fitting way. Long enough that it covers the waist band of the shorts I wore. It is perfect. To any person who enjoys long walks or even a run in Central Park. This shirt should be part of their wardrobe. I 've mentioned this before but I love how the fabric breathes. I intend on using it every time I do cardio. And as a first time experience it knocks it out of the park. Perfect the way it is! Classic!

It actually feels cooler than the REI Sahara hoodie by 2- 3C, even though they 're both the same weight. I think this shirt has better thermal conductivity. It also absorbs sweat faster which helps increase evaporation. You can check by dunking both shirts into a tub of water. I felt much more comfortable with this in 30- 40C temperatures with high humidity. I can feel the difference under a helmet. It's more stretchy, and greater horizontally compared to vertically so you have to be careful not to stretch it too far in order to keep it's UPF protection so I wear a loose fitting size. The fabric is n't as durable as the REI Sahara, as it has more pilling after a few months of wearing 2- 3 days a week. The wrists seem to be more stained. It has more facial coverage along the neck and side cheeks near the ear because it has a smaller opening for the face. It's a round opening so it sits fairly symmetrical compared to the REI Sahara which has an overlapping stitch at the neck that causes the hood to twist to one side. It does n't have a drawstring but since the opening is smaller, the wind does n't really blow it off, unlike the REI Sahara which needs it's drawstring to be cinched to resist the wind. The only benefit of the REI Sahara is possibly greater sun protection from the side rear angle due to how the hood drapes, but less protection from the side front angle; cheaper price; higher durability.

I wear the echo line of active wear when I 'm working out of fishing. The level of cool I get from wearing the ActiveIce appearal is unlike anything I 've tried before. It keeps me cool and I 'm not sweating as much as I do with the echo fabric. It does come with the trade off of being a bit heavier than the echo and not as breathable feeling since it's a thicker fabric. I will choose to wear the echo fabric when it's a cooler day doing a lot of activity and the ActiveIce fabric when it's really sunny and warm.

Purchased the brown- It's a thin coat but surprisingly warm. Great for driving, dog walks, and running errands. It's a daily coat, definitely not for skiing or spending hours outdoors, if it's really cold. Cute coat, worth the price. The adjustment for the waist makes it look tailored and gives a fitted feel, I feel it runs true to size. I went up from a small to medium for comfortable layering.

I bought this thinking it wouldve been thicker but its actually very thin and for the price im not impressed. Temps where I am from are pretty cold so I just dont think itll keep me very warm.
