I bought a pair a few years ago for general exercise and discovered they are excellent for cool/cold weather mountain biking( and cycling in general). The tapered leg and ankle cuff keep the pants safely out of the bike chain. They dry fast, are stretchy and have zippered pockets. I bought a size medium and small to compare. I ultimately selected the small which initially felt too small, but turned out just right for a slim fit. I am about 5' 8 '' with a 30 '' inseam and weigh about 155 lbs.

My husband received this as a gift for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He swims about 2500 yards, five days a week. After trying it out during one swim session, he said he was sore. This vest basically improved the strength of my swimming strokes. Which in turn improved my speed. It does require the swimmer to slightly adjust your breathing technique. Overall, I do recommend it but just as the product is named, it strictly is a resistance vest.
