The fit is fun, and the front pouch is useful for keeping the hands warm and storing bulky items. She wears it all the time. It's great for sports, business and casual lounging. a true 24. 7 piece! With 51% polyester though, I do wonder what a version would be like with wool or cotton instead, and 0 polyester. Polyester has performance disadvantages of capturing scent more than natural fibers, and it has the environmental disadvantage of sloughing off in the wash and ending up in waterways and ultimately into our bodies through food and drinking water.

The Dick's employee we were directed to, a young man who loves to snowboard in our local mountains, directed us to this jacket. We are new to the sport and have n't got up to the mountains yet, but one feature we liked that would n't be apparent online or in- store, but which he showed us, is that there are side zippers that go up pretty high almost to under the armholes. He said if the sun comes out and you are just getting hot/sweaty from the exercise of snowboarding, you can unzip both side zippers( they start at the bottom hem), and it helps you vent out your warm air and cool off, without having to remove the jacket. He says he really likes that feature. He owns the same jacket in black and he loves it. I was worried because it has a non- bulky profile so I thought maybe it wo n't insulate enough, but he said the jacket keeps him nice and toasty when he's snowboarding. It looks to my eyes young and modern and cool, and my daughter looked cute in it when she tried it on. It's also pretty roomy, which is a plus if it is for a teen who is still growing. Color is a neat shade of pink that looks modern. Also, seems to be made to a very high quality. Sorry no use details.

I bought this for a trip to Paris, France and Tromso, Norway. I also bought the men's version for my son. I wore it as an outer layer in Paris( highs were low 50s). It rained a bit, and I was happy with the waterproof material. In Tromso, I wore it as a mid- layer under a thermal suit. We were in the Arctic Circle in freezing temperatures to see the Northern Lights. It compressed well and was not bulky to pack. You can also use it as a pillow( it can fold within itself). The jacket is lightweight and is thin. It's not a bulky, puffy jacket. If you 're looking for a slightly heavier jacket, then the next weight up is the Lätt( X- Lätt is this lighter one). Although I got it to travel, I still wear it on the `` cold '' days in Florida because it is so cozy. I 've washed it a few times with no issues. It's European sizing, so consider the next size up.

This hoodie is extremely comfortable and keeps you warm even without the battery on. Just to give you an idea on the size, I 'm 5' 8 '' 175lbs and the XL fits perfect. It's alittle bit more roomy than on the snug side which is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this.

I 've been wearing this hoodie in the AM to walk dog and it takes the chill out of the air to almost make me not regret buying this dog. Big and soft to wear even when not using the heat. Battery seems to last, and heat is noticeable even with the wind cutting through. Overall solid heated hoodie, I 'd recommend.

You can never have too many midlayers! This statement is always true, and that is one of the many reasons the Keele Grid hoody is something you should get. I 'm 5' 9 '' 165lbs. and the medium fits comfortably. It does n't have a really technical fit like an r1; it's a more relaxed fit. This jacket is the r1 that you can wear everyday, but with pockets and way more wind resistance. I 've been grabbing this every morning when I leave the house on all these cool Spring mornings. The hood is really comfortable, and I 've always been a half- zip kind of guy, but I 'm loving the full- zip jacket feel.

I am a search and rescue volunteer and climbing wall instructor who spends my time in Arizona and Washington state. Working in a wide range of environmental conditions requires that my gear does the same. I ordered the Keele grid hoody as large, my usual size, and I found it fit true to size. The Keele hoody has performed exceptionally while climbing, traveling, and hiking. The recycled polyester double weave fabric is my favorite feature of the Keele. Its brushed back grid interior is soft and wicks moisture well while the DWR coating on the exterior provides durability and water resistance. Even when soaked through, the Keele kept me warm climbing in less- than- ideal conditions. The three- piece hood functions incredibly well and I found it fit over or under a climbing helmet. I have thoroughly enjoyed using the Keele and recommend it as a base or mid layer for nearly any outdoor endeavor.

I am a rock climbing guide who guides across Colorado and Utah and its important for me to have gear that works well, is durable and looks professional. I was excited for this hoody to arrive as it checked a lot of those boxes for me. The large fits ideally for me at 6' 2 '', 215lbs and long arms. I have a bit of an issue in the past with MHW sizing as it seemed I was right in between a L and XL but this jacket fits wonderfully. The waterproofing is functional if you are stuck in some light rain, as the water will bead right off. The brushed grid interior gives the hoody that cozy feel which means you 'll never want to take it off. It is a lot denser of a hoody than I was expecting but that's a positive in my books. I really think this hoody is for anyone who wants a full zip mid layer jacket but it will find itself at home the most in the backpacks of you Spring rock climbers!

I work as a climbing guide in Colorado, so my work takes me to a variety of locations and climates. My initial guess as to what the Keele would be like was similar to other grid fleeces: lightweight and flexible. The latter is more true than the former. This layer was surprisingly heavy- and I think that's fantastic. It presents a different layering option than other mid- layers that tend to strive to be light. The inner fabric is extremely soft, so it feels great next to skin. I was caught in a mild drizzle and the outer fabric did a great job beading water and not letting me get soaked. I 'm 5'10 '' 165 and it felt just a hair big on me. If it was colder( ice climbing or mountaineering) I would appreciate the room to layer. As the only mid- layer I was wearing it was just a slight bit big, but I did n't find that problematic at all.

As the owner of 5 or 6 Fjallraven raven tops of various types, this one is the one I use the most. It's very comfortable a great mid layer for those harsher weather days, or as a top layer in the not so bad days. It looks great& this is after owning one for 3 years now. Arguably my favorite Fjallraven piece out there, this hoodie is perfect for just about any situation. Performs very well as a top or mid layer. You can wear it comfortably on mild/cooler days, or it acts as a perfect mid layer for skiing or any other alpine related activities for that matter. The waxed canvas patches on the shoulders, and overall composition of the hoodie, give it a good amount of water repellency. I sized up one size, since the fabric has a decent amount of stretch to it and sits a little closer to your skin than a traditional hoodie.

I bought this in 2023 for a trip to Iceland. Little did I know it would go anywhere. Norway, Iceland, Montana, Canada, and soon to New Zealand. This thing is perfect. Not too hot, not too warm, the pockets are fantastic as a photographer or even if you just want to put your phone away. I 'm keeping it long time.

I have only had this coat for a few weeks but I have used it in sub zero temperatures, snow and rain. It kept me warm and dry. This jacket is much roomier than your typical hoody jacket from other brands. I can easily wear sweatshirts and other layers underneath if needed. We shall see how it holds up but so far it has been great.
