[ As a larger man with broad shoulders, a muscular chest, yet a small waist, I didn ’ t think I ’ d ever find a good fitting summer shirt that didn ’ t balloon out like a tent. Then I found this shirt. I love the material and how it feels. Almost like I ’ m wearing nothing at all! Also like the fit, though I do wish there was a “ tailored ” style with the waist tapered more. I have an upside down triangle shape, and while this does fit better than some, there ’s definitely a lot of material around the midsection that I don ’ t need. Takes away from my body shape. [ This shirt looked great casual and can easily be dressed up if on vacation with limited clothing options. Can be worn open and has a great sinch option at the waist and could be worn as a crop top with bikini. So cute! I will say that the shoulders and sleeves ran large and the body fit was a bit more boxy. The length of the shirt- i sized up to get it slightly longer, but that made the shoulders pretty large. It was the best water wicking and cool shirt I could buy and kept me cool and sun protected all day on vacation in the hot sun without much shade.

I am a staunch supporter of Columbia Sportswear for the Tamiami and Super Tamiami Long Sleeve Shirts. I love how light they are. They are so light- I no longer wear cotton T Shirts in summer. Not only T Shirts but Polo Shirts too. This long sleeve shirt is lighter and offers amazing sun protection. It's a short sleeve shirt( roll uo loops) It's a functional fishing shirt- quick drying- lots of pockets. It's a great summer shirt because its sooo light and quick drying. It can go from a hike/ walk to market. It's an excellent traveling shirt- wrinkle resistant and quick drying. I have actually gone swimming and thrown the shirt on without towel drying and the shirt dries amazingly fast. And to those who think this shirt is too expensive- This shirt is like kevlar- indestructible. I have nearly 20 shirts( I had a weight loss and had to drop a size)- and not one has made it to the rag pile. The only casualty was a spark from the s'mores fire melted a hole. They still look great. I ca n't remember my first, but it's at least 8 years. Worth every penny.
