The NordicTrack X16 is definitely an investment, but I ’ m glad I have one! This treadmill feels like it ’s built for a professional gym, yet it ’s perfect for home use. The immersive iFit programs and live leaderboards add a sense of community to what could otherwise be a lonely workout. Pros: The large touchscreen is vivid and responsive, making workouts feel immersive. iFit live challenges and scenic routes add excitement and keep me motivated. Quiet motor—perfect for early morning or late- night sessions without disturbing the family. The build quality is excellent, and the treadmill feels durable and sturdy. Cons: The incline motor is a little slower to adjust than I ’ d prefer during intense workouts. Assembly takes time and requires at least two people to make it manageable. I was excited to use the NordicTrack X16 to help me train for the hiking season, and it ’s been fantastic. The incline/decline feature is exactly what I was looking for—it challenges me with steep climbs and makes me feel like I ’ m walking real trails. I can already tell my stamina is improving. The iFit challenges are another highlight. I ’ ve been “ traveling ” through California while I work out, and the scenery keeps me motivated. The giant screen is so immersive. This treadmill is a refreshing new replacement of yesteryear's boring treadmill. Its soft and quiet. The IFIT is a gamechanger. Makes running/walking fun and entertaining. I can walk through exotic locales and learn interesting things while I exercise. Thats a gamechanger for me to keep me in my routine. I am an avid triathlete and live in a state that is not kind to runners in the winter time. Love being able to run indoors and not out in the snow. This treadmill enables me to use the iFit Program to follow prerecorded workouts which is nice, but I really like that I can just hop on and start running without really much effort in getting started. I 've had this for a week and have logged 20 miles on it and it's smooth and quiet. I was kind of nervous as I purchased it online without doing a test run on but the customer service person that I spoke with told me that Dicks has a very good return policy so if I got it home and I did n't like it that I could return it without any issues. Very easy to set up in less than 20 mins as you only have to screw in the two side pieces, crossbar, and the top console fits right into place. So far I would say it's a great value and will meet my needs of using this treadmill when I ca n't get outside for a run.
