I was very wary to buy these seeing the poor reviews, but by using the Obermeyer Size chart from their site, my measurements to size fit perfectly... and I have THICK thighs! I ordered both 10 and 12 just in case, but the 10 fit best. They are warm, insulated, the zippers are high quality and they have a very handy velcro cinch at the back to tighten just right. I am 5 ’ 5 ”- 155lbs and loose measurements are Waist 29 ”& Hip 41 ”. Because my thighs were my highest concern, and are for many ladies, they are each 24. 5 ” around. Size 10 fit comfortably. See pics! Only drawback is I wanted to match my new Obermeyer Cosima Jacket in Varsity Blue. The color is close but not a true match, see last photo.

[ I did not research any 3- in- 1 jackets before going to the store and I was pleasantly surprised when I spotted this one. I always wear a small size in coats but definitely need a medium to be comfortable. I love omni tech and require that from a winter coat. This jacket has been very warm so far and being waterproof in Oregon is necessary. I never thought I 'd separate the coats, but less than a week after purchasing, they became the perfect separates on a warmer vacation. The hood is not insulated but stays on through the wind. I wo n't need the ski skirt option and it's not a nuisance. I will note that it might be easier to dry the jackets separate after washing, or at least pull inner sleeves out or they will not dry timely. I 'm very pleased with this jackets, more than I ever expected.

After being pleased with my MH shell, I decided to try these bibs and so glad I did. So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5' 2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The medium short is definitely roomy, which is what I wanted to allow for layering and freedom of movement. I LOVE that there are options for length. This should be standard in the industry! The leg pockets fit a phone perfectly and have stayed waterproof. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

There is waist/hip cinching system that you will love! They are extremely comfortable on, will not inhibit any moves and will add value to your day!! Finding pants in any outdoor brand is a challenge because sizing is still skewed towards more petite women. I am 5' 6, 140 lb, hourglass shaped with a 32D bust, 27 '' waist and 39 '' hips and athletically built thighs. I ordered a medium tall and the 34 '' inseam is actually perfect and just hits the floor without shoes on. Pros: Built- in cinch belt around waist- this is a genius add! High front pocket allows to sit comfortably over the chest while keeping the girls secured and the straps flat over the traps Overall really comfortable pant Cons: Drop seat zipper is only on* one* side. It does not have the dual zippers I was expecting. This feature was why I ultimately went with Mountain Hardwear and I think an added zipper would make this pant 5 stars. Needs more room in the thigh/outer hip area to accommodate for layering and different body types No cinch or snap around the inner boot liner

I am 5'10 and based on the size guide I fit a small long. However, the main issue I had was that the torso was too short, even with the straps at maximum length. I do not believe these would fit someone taller than me unless they have a relatively short torso. The quality seemed great, but these bibs would be better if there was a front zipper or if the straps could be unhooked. At its current design, you have to lift the straps over your head which is almost impossible if you also have on a helmet. If the torso length could be adjusted along with the strap issue, this would be a five star product.

These are really nice, thick, snug ski pants, but if you carry your weight in your hips and thighs, order up a size. I got them on, but was afraid I would break the zipper if I tried to force it. I know they are supposed to be snug, but I had to return my normal pant size and go up one. Cant wait for the bigger pair.

I raved about these bibs all week on a trip to the alps! Very comfortable material for snow outerwear yet suitably waterproof. I don ’ t think the picture does them justice. They look and feel much higher quality in person. I spent 5 hours researching bibs and ultimately went with these for the relaxed fit, features, price, color, and moderate amount of insulation. I like the narrower shoulders and the thigh vents were a savior on warmer days. I like the variety of zipper, button, and Velcro pockets too. I was worried about the regular being too long because I ’ m 5 ’ 0 ” but they were perfect in ski boots! Too long for hiking unfortunately. 10/10 recommend.

I like the bibs much more than I liked the jacket counterpart. They are pretty waterproof and warm. I like the amount of pockets and storage options. The only thing I don ’ t love about these is the lack of insulation. These are not nearly as insulated as I would have liked them to be. For the price I would say they are definitely worth the purchase.

[ Been wearing the jacket in temps ranging from 5 to 30 degrees and windy conditions. Roomy enough to add down layers as needed and the material of the jacket really cuts the wind. Skied in wet snowstorms and stayed dry. Fit is great for a curvy shape and not tight through the hips.

[ Great fit and stretch! And waterproof! And importantly, the legs fit easily over my boot warmers. If I need to wear a thicker base layer, the waistband expands with Velcro and so the fit is never tight. Nice look. I ’ ll buy another pair in a different color, I like these so much. I am 5 ’ 7 ”, 117lbs, I bought size 6, probably could have bought size 4, doesn ’ t matter, they look great.

[ I bought these pants in the hot pink color( which is amazing). These pants have it all- stylish and functional. Love the many pockets and fit. I got the smallest size( 2) and they fit perfectly. I 'm 5 ft and around 110 pounds. There is also a button at the bottom to secure the leg sleeves more tightly around your ski boot. adjustable in the waist as well. Love, love these pants and am thrilled with my purchase! Mammut is also the official brand sponsor at Jackson hole mtn for the instructors and ski patrol.

[ I ’ ve had a really difficult time finding technical ski wear to fit. I am 5 ’ 3 ”, 105 lbs. the XS fits perfectly with a bit of room for xtra layering. I ended up trading the thermo pant for the non insulated( it has a thin inner lining which is perfect) but both are really a great fit and best quality( aka waterproof)

The bibs are so comfortable, move well with me, and fit I 'd say nearly all shapes- as you do n't have to have the waistband size just right. No snow or cold at my waist band, or cutting into my gut when knees come up. The price point is reasonable and good value. Function and fashion.( I now have two colors and alternate with jackets.) Leg zips to open when hiking or warm; lined and space for underlayers on brutal cold days. The long side- zip allows keeping the shoulders on while I use the toilet. In the front pocket, I can store the phone and anything else needed; it has a zip close and an internal mesh sleeve. The cuffs have a cinch so I do n't trash the pant hem, dragging on the ground. I am 66 '' tall, abut a size 6 and wear the size small- it could certainly fit a taller person too, with plenty of space in the elastic shoulder straps( and cuffs).
