Can’t Give Zero Which Is What It Deserves
I did a pre order in October. To me, this means you skip the line and get a guaranteed shipment. NOT AT DICKS. They have been awful to work with, delayed shipping notifications on everything and refuse to refund money. They said “sold out” is the reason…but when you knew two months ago I ordered how is this possible? I’m never shopping Dicks again.

Do Not Preorder
I bought this product months ago. The estimated delivery date started as reasonable. It kept getting pushed back. If I knew that Dicks would not ship this product for months I would not have spent money with them. Their agents have not been helpful.

Over Promise And Under Deliver
1st time doing a pre-order with Dicks and will be the last. Ordered two boxes for my son on 10/20 and have been listening to him ask me over and over because the product is all over the place being sold from other retailers. After the original estimated release date of 12/2, the next day we get an email stating it won’t be sent out till 12/15 and then it’ll be another 7-10 shipping time. Now he’s disappointed because, well, he’s a kid with no patience and Dicks dropped the ball. I’m guessing maybe sometime after Christmas he will get the cards. Next time I’ll just stick to Target or Walmart.
