Don't Shop At Dicks Poor Quality Hat And Customer Service

HAT came with a security tag attached and it was covering a stain. Called customer service spoke to someone who did not uderstand the issue. I had to send pictures of the damaged item. Held on phone for supervisor who after waiting 20 minutes never came on the phone and then I was disconnected. I would not recommend shopping with Dicks. Easier to return to Amazon for free now I have to travel to the Dicks store that I wanted to avoid in the first place which is why I placed an online order. Poor customer service is why Dicks will end up closing.
