Ridiculous Package/shipment

$50 +tax hat, no problem with ordering and taking my payment at all. I was notified via email my order was on its way, and did show up when expected. This hat was mailed from DICKS in a plastic shipping bag, not a piece of cardboard inside the hat to keep it from being bent up, was not in a box - literally in a plastic shipping bag. The bill of the hat was broken (not through but you could visibly see the jagged bend) or folded in to. Of course it was, because an item like that shipped during one of the busiest shipping times of the year. I was so upset, I looked elsewhere and was not able to find another anywhere, so he opted to keep it. Definitely have and will continue to make any and all family, friends as well as strangers THIS experience with your company. JOKE.
