Up the level of your body weight workouts with the PT-R Flex Weight Plates. Built to flex for comfort, even while pursuing uncomfortable challenges, the Flex Weight Plates move with you. Compression molded EVA foam shell over steel weights. Includes two 5.75LB plates for a total of 11.5 added pounds to your weight vest.
