The OrthoLite® insole adds cushion for comfort and the nylon shank delivers support and stability to reduce fatigue. Arch lugs aid traction and the YKK® side zipper allows for quick on/off. The ATAC Tactical outsole has self-cleaning forefoot lugs and a rear heel brake for the traction and agility you need on the job.

Sturdy But Uncomfortable

I bought these boots shortly after a terrible blizzard in my area and they did protect my feet from the cold and dampness as a worked in the snow. They did however cut my calls up badly on both sides as the inside has some material that must be some type of hard nylon as it was sharp enough to draw blood. Had to put band aids on my legs even after only one day of b use. I exchanged them for some timberland boots which I like much better and are injury free.

Tactical Men’s Speed

Nice boot but not for everyday use if you don’t take good care of them. Only because a crease will form at the top. Other than that it’s a good alternative boot.

Surprisingly Comfortable

Really was looking for winter boots but selection was thin after such a big storm and long cold snap. Tried on about 6 different pairs of random styles/types and these were the most comfortable by far. Side zip entry is a big bonus too, very convenient. I have no idea if they will offer much water resistance, we will see.

My husband loves these boots. They're easy to put on via the side zipper, warm, and were comfortable right out of the box.
