This is a fantastic starter set. I’ve been using dumbbells only but need to start upping my weight. I will adding to the set shortly for additional lbs but this is a great starting point.

Weight Set Information
It's a decent weight set. The problem I have is that when I called customer service to ask if the bar was one piece, I was told it was. I wanted the one bar strength in order to increase the weight. They were wrong. It is a 3 piece bar that is screwed together. It seems sturdy but I'm not sure exactly how much weight the bar will hold now.
