[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in Kentucky where they say "If you don't like the weather, wait a few minutes because it will change." No truer words were said. This means that when you leave the house in the morning, dressing in layers during Spring and Fall months is essential. It may be freezing at 30° in the morning only to turn around and be over 70° in the afternoon. That said, we wear hoodie jackets often as a part of those layers. This Abercrombie Kids Essentials Full-Zip Hoodie was perfect for this reason. It is super soft fleecing and warm yet light enough to wear under a coat if need be. I was really pleased with the fluffy softness of this jacket that lends warmth without being overly hot or heavy. The sizing was a bit off for my Grandson who usually wears a size 10 in these kinds of jackets. I ordered the size 12 because he's growing like a weed and since it's now May, I had hoped it would fit him this Fall. Unfortunately, when I opened the package I saw it was not a standard size 12 but instead a size 11-12. Also, it was a very small 11-12. It fits him perfectly now. This means that he might have less than a month of wear out of it before the weather becomes too warm and it will be too small for him this Fall. This is a nice, soft hoodie with a smooth zipper but order at least a size up from what you need because it definitely runs small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hoodie is great. It is simple design with high-quality, tight stitching. The gray color is easy to pair with other clothes. The fabric is soft and light weight. It is easy for kid to put on and keep kid warm day along.

She loves the front pocket and the fact that it has thumb holes. You can tell this is a quality item that will last her a long time. Bonus that I can wear it as well.

It's true to size, comfortable, zipper is easy enough for my child to use, and the design is the classic A&F design we all know and love! Will definitely be purchasing in more colors.
