My daughter wears these so often! It is true to size and breathable. Keeps her covered but comfortable. Would buy more colors!

Has the built-in spandex liner. It provides excellent coverage and security during movement without riding up, making them perfect for sports or gymnastics. The fabric is lightweight, breathable and soft, feels premium to the touch. Abercrombie definitely nailed the balance of athletic functionality and everyday style with their YPB line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is currently in a size 5/6 but we received a 7/8 the length is what I would expect for a size bigger than what she’s currently wearing but the waistband seems a little tight on her belly for a size bigger. This skort is soooo stinkin cute and seems to be made of very quality material. The waistband is really my only concern with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a pair of ruffle shorts. They can kind of look like a skirt or skort but it is a pair of shorts. This one was a little odd in that it is a pair of spandex shorts with ruffle shorts sewn into the bottom of the waist band to cover them. The ruffle short inseam is actually a couple of inches shorter than the spandex shorts inside. So you will have the stitching of where the leg holes are joined just rubbing against your legs. Luckily the kid didn't seem to mind it, but it is something I can see bothering some. Size wise, I would say they run a little smaller on side. It is hard to say given everything brand of kids clothes has their own way or measuring it seems. But these seem to run on the smaller side compared to other 15/16 clothes we have around. But they are spandex and stretch a lot so not a big issue. But the sizing is all based on the inner shorts and not the ruffle decoration. Material wise the inner spandex shorts seem good, stretch and move well and fell soft. The ruffle material is a rougher polyester material. It is not terrible, but isn't great either. So far it has held up in the wash, but I do wonder about the long term durability of the ruffle part. It just doesn't seem as well made as the under shorts and depending on how active the kid gets I could see seams and tearing happening to it. Will see, so far the kid loves wearing them so that's a win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are adorable and very comfortable! The material is lightweight and soft, making them great for active kids. The elastic waistband provides a comfortable fit, and the built in lining underneath offer extra coverage for play, my daughter loves the color and said they are easy to move around in. The pockets in the lining were a HUGE hit, she noticed them right away! They seem well made and have held up well with wear and washing.

They are actually comfy shorts but the flutter ruffley sides make it look pretty and feminine. The blush color is great and the spandex underneath even better. She loves the side pocket (just on one side). Super lightweight and a great everyday option that also looks cute. We are loving Abercrombie kids these days! The top has a thicker band around the waist and the shorts are a two tiered layered look. 10/10! I’d buy in multiple colors!

They fit her perfectly , they are loose around the legs, but also have the spandex underneath to give her the coverage she needs. They are cute shorts for fitness and just to wear out as well.

We took it for a spin on the playground and my kid was able to move around without flashing anyone thanks to the little shorts under the fluffy skirt. We had some food drop onto the skirt and water was able to clean it up and dry quick. The fit was perfect as well.
