Takes Some Getting Used To.

Smooth, tight, quiet, and casts very well compared to some other brands in this pricepoint. Very well made, I like the solid aluminum frame. Zero flex. The speed takes some getting used to with retrieval of lures but it definitely helps with getting more casts in per day. Just beware that it wil require more cranking effort when retrieving any large fish because of the higher gear ratio, thought I had a 5lb bass and it was only 2-3lb lol makes things fun though!

Very Happy With My Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally had a chance to use this on Fathers Day. It took a little time to get used to the fast retrieval speed. I put it on my older Kunan 6' moderate action rod with some 6# braid threw some smaller jigs for Crappie. Landed 4 good size crappie and 2 small largemouth.

Name Doesn't Begin To Describe The Smoothness Of This Reel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Revo line has always been a favorite but the Rocket exceeds all expectation. It is smooth, well built, lightweight and "rocket" fast. I have several Stradics but this is on par or better at a better price point.
