Ok

Ok for the price. Not the lightest or most sensitive rods I have, but they are strong. I absolutely can not stand the grips on the new models. They're too short, skinny, and slick. Nearly lost the rod a few times while casting. I have fixed this with grip wrap. I put the wrap on the existing grip, and then wrapped the rod right behind that until it was as thick as the rest to extend the length. This is all a major improvement to a really poor design. I can now cast with much more confidence, and accuracy. I actually thought about getting rid of the rod, but now I like using it. So, I would not recommend this rod as is, but if you don't mind spending a little money, and doing a little work they can be a pretty decent stick.
