Nice And Warm
These kept my feet nice and warm on a recent outdoor active trip with sub-zero wind chill and single digit temperatures. Battery life was good on low setting which was all that was needed to keep my feet warm.

No Cold Toes
I've always used electronic boot heaters in my ski boots. I bought new boots and decide go a different way. I skied in 9 degrees plus a wind chill wearing these socks on high and boot gloves over my boots and I was warm. I'm so excited! And you can get extra batteries if you need more time!

Alright But Would Look Somewhere Else.
The battery life on these accurately matches the manual’s claims. They heat up quickly, though the heat is only felt on the top of the toes rather than underneath. My biggest issue is the comfort and fit: there are internal wires running over the top of the foot—specifically on the left sock—that rub painfully against my boot. Additionally, the socks are very tall and constantly slide down unless I'm wearing 8-inch work boots

Happy Skier, Warm Toes!
I bought these for skiing and they've been great! I wasn't sure if the battery pack would be above the boot, it totally is. They fit great, last all day skiing. My feet typically go numb, and I had the socks on low all day and my feet were quite happy!

The Good, The Bad, And The Unexpected
In Pennsylvania’s late season, my toes are the first to get cold, so I decided to try heated socks. I found ActionHeat socks at a larger outdoor retail store. Despite the higher price, I decided to give them a try. First Impressions: • Initial Wear: Used the low setting with the remote, planning for an 8-hour stand. My feet never got cold, but stayed on the cooler side. • Second Wear: Opted for medium setting. Feet stayed cool, not cold, but didn't get warm. • After Washing: Followed instructions but noticed stitching around the battery pocket was coming undone, so I returned them for a refund. Second Chance: • Checked ActionHeat.com and found the same socks on sale for the holidays. The new pair seemed to be of better quality. • New Pair: Worn and washed once so far. Quality is holding up. Overall Rating: Solid 3 out of 5 stars. They do a satisfactory job of preventing my feet from getting cold. Though I haven't tried other brands, I’d consider purchasing these again for the price.

Must Have Socks
These socks are amazing for skiing. I got a pair for me and my fiancé and we both were blown away with how well they worked. They are a little thicker but not much thicker than a normal ski sock. Battery lasts all day on the slopes. I’ve only had them on low and that’s just enough to keep feeling in my toes on cold days. Went out with these the first time when it was -20F wind chill and I was able to ski the entire day and not even think about cold toes. Wire is super well placed to go up right behind your ankle bone so no pinch points. Heats just on top of the toes so right where you need it most and you’re not standing on any wires. Highly recommend

Warmer Toes
I've used them once so far (sitting for two hours in 16 deg. temps) and they have done a good job. I am looking forward to using them during late winter/early spring fly fishing trips. Only thing I would suggest is to widen the area of the heating element. I found my little toe still got cold because the element did not extend far enough to the outside of my foot. Other than that they are pretty solid.

Good For The Tops And Toes
I'm going on my third winter with these socks and I like them, the keep my feet mostly worm. The heat they provide is on the tops of the feet, over part of the toe area and this is where they keep my feet warm. I can feel how they work because the rest of my foot can feel the cold but my feet have been warm. I use them while fishing on a boat and not moving around much so my feet get cold. Overall, they work much better than regular wool socks.
