Better Than I Expected
Excellent condition, would have never guessed it was open box if it weren't for the price (and the packaging itself). Only issue I've had is a bit of the insulation coming out through the weave in the outer layer of the jacket. Shouldn't be enough to cause any problems in the near future, but eventually it may be a larger issue. The heating works well, though I am definitely planning on upgrading to a larger battery. It does the job for my standard night at work, usually no more than 3-4 hours outside, but it wouldn't last me a full 8 hour shift if I needed it to. Also, I don't love the battery placement, a zippered interior pocket would be preferable. I use the front pockets a lot, and often find myself accidentally reaching in the rear battery compartment and not the front portion. Altogether, I'm happy with my purchase, especially with the open box discount.

A Little Bulky But Get's Some Love
Got this jacket for my son who can't stay warm even when the sun is out, and it is 70 degrees outside. He really likes it. He has used it a few times for outdoor activities and really loves how it heats up to keep him warm. He didn't want to give it a 5 out of 5 because he felt the jacket was a little too bulky. He did say he would recommend this jacket or ActionHeats other products to folks looking for help warming up outdoors.
