Action Heat Is A Horrible Company
Action Heat has horrendous customer service. I love Dick's Sporting Goods and they corrected the issue that I had with an online order of this jacket, which was Miss labeled and had the wrong power bank, but I do not recommend this brand at all.

Nice Jacket, But Missing Parts
Its a nice jacket but it came without a powerbank. I called dicks sporting goods, and told me that they cant send the missing part. Said i have to return it and repurchase. Thing is they dont have anymore in stock in that size
