Good Heat, Bad Zipper, Slow Return
The heating seems to work well but the zipper broke on the first day I wore it. Have sent it in for replacement and I'm still waiting to get it back.

Keeps Body Warm.
Great products. Great for winter months. Easy to use. Action pack portable bank is.m a bit clunky inside the left side pocket but not too bad. Also has an extra usb to charge another device.

Action Heat Is A Horrible Company
Action Heat has horrendous customer service. I love Dick's Sporting Goods and they corrected the issue that I had with an online order of this jacket, which was Miss labeled and had the wrong power bank, but I do not recommend this brand at all.

Great Jacket.
This exceeded expectations. It's a well made , comfortable , great looking jacket on its own but the heating element takes it to another level. It does get hot on the highest setting but it feels so good especially around the neck area. I highly recommend it. I also bought my wife the lady's version and she loves hers too.

Nice Jacket, But Missing Parts
Its a nice jacket but it came without a powerbank. I called dicks sporting goods, and told me that they cant send the missing part. Said i have to return it and repurchase. Thing is they dont have anymore in stock in that size

Poor Quality Control, Bad Fit, Awkward Design
Pictures in ad look way different then actual product. Bad design and poor quality. Lions patch lifted in corner and falling off. Heat is not even centralized and in weird patterns. Battery is very bulky and downs last much. Light in front very bright and not very subtle.
