Cheap Zipper

I bought this coat less than 3 months ago and recently, the zipper broke. Dick's Sporting Goods would not return it, exchange it or give me store credit. I have had coats for 10+ years whose zippers have not broken but this coat's zipper broke in less than three months! The coat was $249 plus tax, which is a very high price to pay for only 3 months! Unless you have money to burn, I would not buy this coat because the zipper of the coat is very cheap and will break quickly, and Dick's won't stand behind their merchandise!

Indigo = Purple

I bought this jacket on sale, so it’s not returnable. It’s considered open box, it’s in perfect condition but the color is Purple. Indigo to me means dark blue so just fyi that’s not what this is. I bought the size large and am glad I did, it fits perfectly . I’m a woman’s size 6/8 5’6” and 138lbs for reference.

I bought this a month ago. It came beautiful purple color. It ran a size too small for me. I am 145 lbs, med boned and bought a Medium. I then gave it as a Christmas gift to my daughter in law which it fit perfectly! She said she was in Tahoe and she did not even sue the heater. Although it was snowing she said she was perfectly warm. It she was skiing she will appreciate the heater!!! She liked the design where it makes you look like you have a waist also, my son bring a avid skier thought the boat was very very nice.. He was very impressed with the coat!! I really still want one.. I hope it goes back on sale!!!! I would love a large one!!! Great purchase!!!

Open Box Heated Jacket

Not enough heating zones and battery just doesn't last long at high setting. Keeping it on.low setting is just not warm enough and renders it inefficient at best. Not being able to return an open box item is not user friendly either.

The Product Seems To Be In Great Shape, But…

I am happy with the women’s puffer coat. The product is very nice and seems to work well. It was a gift for my wife. I went with an open box and am good with it. The problem I did have, and what disappointed my wife a bit, was the Kleenex and tooth pick that were still in the pockets. Open boxes or unwrapped wires from the person who originally opened it, but possible unsanitary objects left behind. A better inspection of the products would be suggested.
