So Warm!

Great quality and works well. Only complaint is it runs small.

Size Up At Least One Size!

Took a star off for incorrect size chart. Great warmth but you need to size up at least one size to wear a sweater underneath it and to be able to move your arms. I am 34b top and normally wear a medium a medium in this coat is too small. I will give this one to my daughter but when you buy it on the open box sale there’s no exchanges. I was hoping their size chart was correct but alas it is not.

Definately Not True To Size. Order Two-three Sizes Larger Than You Usually Would

Very nice jacket, but runs two sizes too small. I usually wear a medium. I originally ordered a large thinking I would like extra room for sweatshirts and heavier sweaters. The large fit like a small. I liked the coat well enough that I rerdered an xlg thinking I'd just give up the bulky sweaters and sweatshirts. The xlg fits as tight as the large. If this coat was actually true to size, it would be a five star coat, even without testing the battery. But I can't even zip the zipper on the xlg, so sadly it has to go back.

Purchased this coat a month ago, this week it has been -25 with windchills. Coat is keeping me very warm! The size runs a little small, wish I would have bought one size bigger. The only problem is the battery arrived broken open.

Not Worth $300

The battery pack it comes with stinks really bad. I had the jacket on for a short period of times. And it died quickly. Also it feels VERY CHEAP for $300 it should be a lot better quality. Overall is a nice coat but it’s not worth the price. Threads are coming off in various parts of the jacket. And the battery doesn’t last long at all. NOT WORTH!

Open Box Parka

I am a small or medium in all my other coats, jackets and tops. This parka in olive is exactly like the pictures in my opinion. It is heavy, good quality and beautiful. I ordered a size medium based upon the size chart and it is VERY fitted in the hips. I am an athletic build -150lbs with lots of muscle, however I have wider hips than my waist (hourglass) for sure and this REALLY hugs my hips. Fits well in the upper body. Quite possibly large would have worked better, especially since the battery sits on the hips (tightest portion for me). The jacket is beautiful and works well, however the sizing seems to run at least 1-1.5 sizes smaller than average. Cannot wear bulky layers with this size for sure. Would love at least an exchange option for size issues on open box items.

Worth It!

I absolutely love this jacket! It’s true to size and fits appropriately snug but not tight. It has two zippers along the teeth, which is super helpful if you’re crouching down or generally stretching the jacket in some fashion, (you can move that bottom zipper up to open the jacket a bit, so it’s not as taut at the bottom). The hood and fur are removable but I haven’t taken either off. The jacket is quite warm and comfy, even without the heat on! I highly recommend. It’s fashionable yet way more beneficial than your average jacket. Plus, you can turn the light off if you don’t want people to know you’ve got the heat on. I love it so much, I’m considering buying it in green too!

great jacket, love the color keeps me warm even without the heat on! Love that even though the hood is removable so is the faux fur. just a smidge tight in the waist area when I zip and snap it. Would recommend this jacket 100%. I had reservations about ordering an open box item but I won't anymore.
