Very Lightweight, Snug And Breathable!!
These spikes are the real deal and well recommended I just love how light, snug and breathable they are. The full plate at the bottom is perfect. It helped me run a PR due to how reactive the plate was. Adidas was on to something when these came out.

Love Them
