Solid build, bit heavy but I'm not a sprinter so its all good. I am actually a wrestler and have been using these ADIDAS for the mats coaching and training. Have a plate in my left ankle so wrestling shoes aggravate the plate / scar, these low top shoes are terrific. Purchase with 100 confidence. Respect
